I dunno if this is a suggestion or a feeling, anyway i seriously think american's are so obsessed with themselves n their sports that they feel that they need nothing else,
Twenty20 Cricket is much more interesting than a boring Baseball game.
There is also soccer much better than American football.

There is always a choice, the only problem being that american's are too obsessed with themselves to see the great things and sports of the world.

I do agree 20/20 Is more exciting than Baseball..BUT...Im a purist, i prefer Test Cricket>One Day Cricket>20/20 Cricket..

Twenty twenty is surely better than baseball. But 20/20 should be limited to a specific number of games per year. other wise it would harm the traditional form of cricket.

I'd dare say 20-20 will be the only way you'll get the Americans interested in cricket. It's just about perfect for American TV, wrap it up in an afternoon and move on.

Of course, it'd be interesting if they also took up the more traditional forms of cricket as well, but sadly I can't see that happening any time soon.

I think T20 is the only way and future of cricket as it takes less time to watch and I am converted to cricket from football after watching T20 otherwise its so boring to sit for days waiting for draws in tests.

This is one of the funniest things I've read all year!

No one can compare those two sports. They are so different, and the fans are totally different. You won't see many die-hard soccer fans that are also hard-core American Football fans. Calling it soccer is pretty ignorant if you're trying to tell us Americans to embrace it. After all, soccer is football. Football is American Rules Football or NFL.

Now, I know nothing about cricket except that it does bear a resemblance to baseball, so comparing those sports would make perfect sense.

I think looking at the exitment of 20-20 cricket I feel it will be the future of cricket.

Just after the world cup, when I am watching the 50 overs matches, I feel it dull and time consuming. If we look at the speed of game in 20-20 cricket, I feel it will definately be increasing in the near future. Also, ppl will start looking at one days as Test.

I strongly oppose people feelings saying that, 20-20 is not a good cricket and talent and skills of cricket doesn't work here. I feel complete opposite. The one who can have excelent cricket skills can definately be the winner in this game. This is off course new form of cricket and hence different angle and strategies to play. People say that this is not bowlers game, but I feel it is in deed and the good bowling talent can be developed through this. Imagin ppl taking 10 wkts in 20 overs. What these bowlers will do in 50 overs match.

I will cheer for this new form of game. I love 20T cricket. Its definately the future of cricket.

I love cricket, im an indian. But i still voted for basketball, partly cause ive been watching that game for a long time now. Im a big fan of basketball! 20-20 does come very close! it makes cricket exciting for a change. but its still in the early stages, and if it can sustain itself for the next one year, ill swtich over to 20-20 Smile

Another prediction I could make about 20-20, I'm seeing it as potentially a professional, club-based sport, and having the tests and maybe one dayers as rep games.

It could work out for Aussie players, you could play for a club in England or India during the Australian summer and return for the Aussie cricket season in the summer.
