Hello, yes this is a great place for clan sites. I should know, since I made one for our clan. 
Frihost allows php and all of that nice stuff so you can host forums and everything, it's really great. They are very reliable and there's always lots of decent people around to help you out or just chat with. Hope you have a fun and productive stay while you are here.
