I am i need of some help in the restoration of a 1980's Mardave Marauder buggy. For those of you who have never heard of a 'Mardave Marauder' it is a 1/8 scale Nitro / Engine powered radio control buggy. They were produced here in the UK by a Small RC company called 'Mardave' the buggy was produced from 1980's through to the early 90's in various revisions.
I am currently restoring a MK1 1980's model. I have managed to obtain many new parts and have almost competed it...... but i am stuck for one part which is the chromed twin pipe silencer. I have spent many hours scouring eBay fo such an item but to no avail
i would be very interested to hear from anyone who may have one kicking around in the garden shed or in the attic.
