How to know how many watts my power supply is?

Loghete
I'm getting a new graphics card that needs 300 watt, and now the problem is that I don't know if my current power supply will be enough. I took it from an older computer when my default one melted, and there isn't any label on it (except for "AC~230V").

So is there any way to figure it out?

If it is from an older computer it is probably not 300w. There should be a label on the power supply some where. Power supplies are inexpensive these days. You can buy a 500w power supply for $20 at most shops and on line.
