The site looks very nice. How ever the site has lots of coding errors. http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.osmaniyemael.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0 and you should fix them. Most of the errors are basic stuff, but some are not so easy to fix. You should minimize the errors as much as you are able to.
The slide show flash is nice. Also the banner looks great. I didn't have any effect when pressed to buttons on top right. Site has nice options. I don't understand Turkich, so I can't say anything about the content.

Looks very nice, but the flashing icons for the forums (I'm assuming that's what they are) are very distracting and very blue.
