What are the files (i.e. the file type) and where are the files situated in?
First of all, when you say FULL, i suppose that you mean you downloaded a patch "?crack?" .... ?
Just go to companys site, and read the FAQ, i am sure that the company will provide you with a solution ( all encryption programs, have a way to recover files lost like that, just Go to the company's website...)
It would be stupid if the companies didn't think of that, wouldn't it?
Which is the name/version of the program that you used?
Folder Lock is very insecure, its protection can easily be removed by one of these two small programs : Image Explorer and WinDirStat. I suggest not to use it. Back to topic, I have never faced such problem before but asking the company may help (But do not say you got the full version from a patch, they will not answer any of your questions, you should try to be a random-person-who-want-to-try-Folder-Lock-before-buying-it).
I just looked at their site and version 5.8.0 is now out, I should give it a try one more time.
Do we have to help you after a patch messed up your software? Are you really being serious right now?
