Publisher 2002 error

When I install publisher on my computer this error pops up stating the system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation. I am using windows vista and need to know how I can fix this problem.

Check to see if Publisher 2002 is compatible with Vista. I suspect you will find that it is either not supported on Vista or has some restrictions.
