Hey. Ummm- how do I catually host a site here? and when I do, does it come with a free domain name?

Yes you can host a site.
You can request as soon as you have "5 quality posts and 10 Points"
And yes you get a domain which will probably be yourdomain.frih.net or yourdomain.frih.org (were yourdomain is the name of your choice so long as someone hasn't already taken it)
