After your account is set up you use the Direct Admin program (if your on server 2, if not you use whatever is avalible) or you ftp your html files into place. Make sure they are in your public html directory.

You have enough now that you can make a hosting account. You need 10 points and 5 posts. Then all you need to do is remain active. Very Happy

you can download website templates for html files --> if you want a static website... if not
you can also download a content management system such as joomla...

if you want to write all code by your hand(instead of a content manegament system) then you can start with w3schools.com for html, css, javascript and more...

Oh speaking of things like Jomila you can always do what i do and base the site off of phpBB2. Since its opensource. Or use phpNuke.
