CPanel subdomain creation problem

I have a domain that I want to add several subdomains so, I go to cPanel -> subdomains and I add a subdomain, like this:

domain: thisfoodomain.info

subdomain: one

[add]

I got the following message:

Sub Domain Maintenance

SubDomain Creation

Bind reloading on SERVER using rndc zone: [thisfoodomain.info]
Error reloading bind on SERVER: rndc: connect failed: host unreachable

The subdomain, one.thisfoodomain.info has been added.

The subdomain one.thisfoodomain.info is created, but the directory is not created in the /home/user/thisfood/public_html directory.

Is something damaged in cPanel/Apache scripts? How to fix in order that the system creates not only the subdomain, also the subdirectory of the subdomain?

By the sounds of it, it would be something internal and may need a ticket open on it, I could be wrong, but it doesnt sound like its on your end to fix. I would file a ticket to their support team and have then look at it from the back to find the issue.
