Can some one write a program for me to change system time in C?

Even a link would be helpful. I want to create a dll file and use it as native library interface for my java prgram

See MSDN SetSystemTime() function to change the date and time

As for just GIVING you the source code -- noooo! you will have to do that yourself. Its not all that difficult.
