I use Google Adsense on my website, it's the only advertising thing I use that I find works best. I will not say how much money I have made, but I haven't been paid $100.00 yet.
My question is... when I first got Adsense I was curious as to what would happen if you clicked one of my ads, so I just clicked it once to see if it opened in a new window or what not. I do not click my ads to cheat or anything because I do not ever want my account to be disabled! Sometimes I honestly accidently clicked my ad... I have read through the TOS briefly.
Google has never mentioned anything to me about it. However, I seen this post and I was wondering if it could really happen?

I was banned when I was supposed to get my first check and I never clicked my ads. I think they just try to filter out the people who don't make much money. I'd honestly never use adsense again unless the site is already getting around 3k uniques per day.
That is crazy. Why would they do that? I hope it doesn't happen to me, because I really earned the money I am making! If they are going to do that to me it is really going to discourage me and my website, 
. dude If they do that to me Im gonna be so pissed! I clicked one of my adsense ads once on mistake long time ago, hope that wont do anything. if theyre gonna ban me, they better do it now, so I wont work for nothin until the payout (which is kinda far away)
lol damn man. its like a bad dream .. am getting 2-3 $ daily from my sites. and i dont know how :d.

if sumone (not u'rself) keep cliking on your adds. with out your knowledge what will google do ?
i mean if sumoone is jealous from you and keep clliking google will surely ban you.. isnt it like that?

Yes they will probably ban you. What I think they best do is that if the person is living nowhere close to you and have nothing to do with you they only don't count the clicks. I don't think they do like that. I think if you are very big and have 100000 vistors per day they will probably have more patience.but how is that? i accidentally clicked my ads because its a proxy site it has a lot of ads there... and i earn 25 dollars a day i hope i will not get ban
That is really bad if it happens. Adsense should have some mechanism to block out ips that clcik likt that and send a warning. By simply banning , the innocent will have no idea at all why or how they were banned ...
If they allow anyone to click like that and ban the owner of the site, then anyone can sabotage anybody's adsense and get them banned I know they is fairly old but just to keep it updated!
They didn't disable my account or anything (yet) and I have reached several payouts, so it's okay!
Now in the future, I just have to worry.
