Editing a .js file...

Hi firnds i just thought of asking a doubt on how to edit a .js file that is a javascript file....

How should we usually edit such a file..I just edited a .js file using notepad and it seems to be not working....So how should i edit such a file so that it should keep on working...

put here the original and edited version, maybe someone can spot what's wrong with it.

After you edited it with Notepad, you may want to check what extension Notepad saved it under. Notepad saves it as .txt by default unless you make sure.
