Does my site comply with the frihost terms of service.

Gday frohosters,

I have a site http://www.musicplace.co.nr.

Can someone tell me if it complies with the frihost TOS.

I don't think it does because it has song lyrics on it but my current free host is having trouble justifying the expense of the free hosting it provides and might close soon.

I'd really prefer to use my frihost web hosting for my site if i can rather than find another free host.

Cheers fellas,
Richard.

Unfortunately, the lyrics are still copyright, as such you wouldn't be allowed to post them.

I thought under the fair use clause you can post lyrics. You need to post attrition but the TOS is too strict in this regards if it's preventing the users from doing this.

Guitar tabs and song lyrics without permission from the owner are also not allowed anymore due to the recent lawsuits.
