My ultimate fav would have to be the 'Final Fantasy' series. they all are the best!
then i would have to say the 'Dynasty Warriors' series on PS2. how can you not like it!

whilst now pretty old, Age of empires II is still probably my favourite. I just like evrything about it. Simple as. 
I always enjoyed advancing as quick as I could through the ages, Having a 70% : 30% ratio of villagers and warriors near the start to get a bonus on resources.

Ok. Maybe I’m not the most avid gamer, but one game in particular blew my mind: Fallout (and the sequel also btw). It had a convincing story-line, a cool level of non-linear player freedom and the best atmosphere ever created in a virtual world (the dated graphics and rather crude controls aside, the game still boasts some of the finest ambient scenarios ever created). And the loading images are just plain genius; the bright (and used before, I know, I know) concept of fusing a post-apocalyptic world with Americana 50’ties Nostalgia works brilliantly. Just my penny though I like most of the tycoons, less Mall Tycoon 
, and T4c My favorite game of recent memory would be Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2... my favorite game of all time would be Punch Out.. which I still play to this day.

I personally like Halo 2/Halo the best. What I love about it the most is the storyline and how you move and fight. However, my all-time favourite would have to be (As badly as I don't want to admit) Pokemon. Its surprising how long I played Pokemon when I was about 7-8 years old.

check why at my flight simulator topic! There was an older game called Hidden and Dangerous (it's actually a free download if you can still find it) and while the graphics were not stupendous, the game play was definitly superb.
I also enjoyed playing Ghost Recon. (which I'm somewhat surprised no one had mentioned it) I used to actually have time to mod that game and offer advice on The Platoon's forums.
BFV was the last game I actually got into. Looking to score BF2!

Hrmmm...there are so many, so I'll just go with my favorite franchise would have to be Metroid. Followed closely by Zelda.
Eternal Darkness, Beyond Good & Evil and Prince of Persia deserve some sort of mention, too. And of course classics like Super Mario Bros 3.
But in 5-7 buisness days when I finally recieve my copy of Morrowind from Ebay THAT will probably be my favorite. Starcraft Brood War

I would have to say metal slug and metal gear sollid. Also snatcher for sega cd and lunar 2 & chrono trigger, but i think i would like them more if they had metal in their name. Oh yeah, also i liked ICO, that was very nice. I can't say i like the gta series, I guess preferr polished games over ambitious ones.

it's such a good game!!!! I got a laptop-so i'm taking it with me and go to my best freind and play with him on the net for atleast 9 hours,then I kick his ass at Fifa2005 and Unreal 2004!

you can do anything there!-what I like the most is taking the combat Hellicopter so i'm the pilot and my best freind is the weapon commander-I use the missles to kick ass and he lunches missles and use the vulcan!!

Civilisation, Wolfenstein, and Age of Empires were great too, as well as Commander Keen and Duke Nukem. Anyone here remember those? How about One Must Fall, Jazz Jackrabbit and Whacky Wheels? Ahh! Those were the days!
I wouldn't mind setting up a DOS box just to try them all out again. Of course, there are some nice games now too! My fav Game as mentioned is Underground 2. I only pity that the length of the game is very less.

Maybe you are talkin about - Monkey Island Ow i used 2 play those games on my Amiga-600 and on the pc aswell, great game(s) All those old games own tho, only Windows Xp is messed up it dont have Ms Dos so i cant play those oldskool classics nomore

i like mario brothers game ever,its best for me Unreal Tournament 2004...that game is better than any other shooter I've played, yes, including Halo. I think it's the best because you have such a huge range of options with it. It starts out with more features than Halo when you first install it, but it doesn't stop there...if you get bored of the gametypes, you can download more. If you get bored of the maps, there are hundreds you can download. You can even download total conversion mods and play a totally separate game on the same engine.

I love sports games, my favourites being Championship Manager, and the NBA Live and FIFA series.
I don't mind the odd shoot-em-up, Half Life and Duke Nukem being favourites of me.
I also like racing games as well. V8 Challenge, the Rally champions one and Le Mans, plus Need For Speed series being favourites of mine.

runescape. Its a online rpg. Its free but theres a premium version, i play it and its only 5 dollars a month. Not the best graphics but very fun and addicting.
World of Warcraft has to be my favorite game i'm addicted too it. Before that i was Diablo 2 which I played for 3 years! Unreal Tournament 2004...that game is better than any other shooter I've played, yes, including Halo. I think it's the best because you have such a huge range of options with it. It starts out with more features than Halo when you first install it, but it doesn't stop there...if you get bored of the gametypes, you can download more. If you get bored of the maps, there are hundreds you can download. You can even download total conversion mods and play a totally separate game on the same engine.
My favourite game is san andreas. I think that this type of game is the moslty liked game till now. By the way even Unreal tournament 2004 is the best game played over the internet and i would like to announce to people that they don't need the full game to play online just donwload the demo form - http://downloads.unrealadmin.org/ut2004/demo/ and enjoy guild wars. its an MMORPG. its really cool. its a very unique type of game, and plus, there is no monthly fee!

I played a lot of Team Fortress Classic (half-life mod) in leagues and stuff. Now I play Doom3, UT2k4, F12k2 (Formula 1 Racing sim), some motorcycle sims, but my all time favorite game is:
Playing trucks with my sons. My favourites are Grand Theft Auto 3,4, & 5, Roller Coaster Tycoon, Age of Empires 2, and Minesweeper (Yes I said it!)

The best FPS is definately UT2004. Please don't bash me cause you're in love with Halo, UT is definately the superior game. The graphics are great, it has hundreds of mods, free to play online, and is just a more fun game. UT2007 is going to be insane Those wallpapers aren't photoshop-enhanced, they are actual in-game graphics If I could only have one game, and I had to choose one game over every other game, I would choose DDR. ^_^
This is kinda hard...
My favorite game was Morrowind III: The Elder Scrolls. It still would be if I could ever beat it (4 months of fighting and scheming and it seems to be something missing after killing Dagoth Ur).
Then came Max Payne 2 which is still a favorite. the replay value is pretty high for me only because of the total conversions and add-ons you can play with. The system requirements aren't too high for smooth gameplay!
Alas, there was GTA: Vice City. Need I say more? I have checked out GTA: San Andreas but I think it wasn't quite as fun as Vice City. Maybe if I find a copy in the cheap bin at Best Buy or something I'll install it and play it for a while to get a good idea of the game.
(anyone ever played Drug Wars? cheap little game but pretty fun)

My favorite game is Pro Evolution Soccer series and of course i also like many other games Final Fantasy HOO HAA! Yes i am one of those creepy Final Fantasy lovers that rant all day about how good it is. =) But it is logical because it is only the greatest series of games in the world. (hahaha) But the all time greatest game is Final Fantasy 7, that just reciently had a movie come out on it. Any other FF7 lovers out there? I know there is =P Like Mele up there, you rock man! 13 times, sheesh i only beat it 5 times =P You are a god!

my favroite games are HALO on XBOX, and of course Star Trek: Elite Force Holomatch. Every aspect is great according to me. Graphics are gr8 and work already on a 64 mb video card, however you probably better try a 128 mb or even higher card.. you may notice the difference. but controller-technics are the same as in every other first person shooter. I really liked the series, but the game is even better. anyway, got to run.. bye

baldur's gate won't be as good as it is without fallout as an inspiration of the developers. I like MOHPA, even though many say it is bad, the story is quite good and the gameplay is good as well. The only downside is the lack of multiplayer people online. If more would play, it would be better.
FFX and X2 are also really good games, and so are AoE2, AoE2 C, and MOHAA and CS.
i love Gunbound <old version>, but the WC gunbound is quite poor, but it's still grater than others <in my thought>.

And yeah every one hwo have played the game TA (Total Annihilation) i would recomend you to go and download TA Spring, its a new 3D Game Engine for TA and has lots of new directX 9 effects and lots of nice stuff, the game installer is only about 40mb and includes TA+TA:CC units

Pariah ==> that game sucks I dont like but I still want to play to get the story line. Usually I like games with story lines. well, i think that Unreal Tournament is a fantastic multiplayer game with a lot of bells and whistles. It plays well in multiplayer and single-player mode, it has a good range of weapons, the graphics are great, the Bots totally rock...it's going to be interesting to see how Unreal Tournament and Quake 3: Arena fare against each other in the coming months. By the looks of it, though, Quake 3: Arena has its work cut out for it.

runescape i love that game. www.runescape.com My favorite game is, and forever will be, Perfect Dark for the N64. It is the single best game ever in almost everything. Music, sound, storyline, graphics, everything! The graphics were so good that the framerate dropped in almost everything (sure that's a downside, but it showed how good they made the graphics) Multiplayer was always a blast, the levels large and complex, the weapons futuristic and awesome. I definitely miss it a lot (I was really stupid one day and decided to sell my N64 and all games for it) Music was so awesome that I have almost every track in my music collection. I played through the campaign so many times I could've written a freakin' walkthrough for it. Definitely the best game ever. Period.

I get to like third person shooting game only after i come to know blackhawk down.
The best part of this game is the NOVA server created by NOVA games for us to have multiplayer war in the web. Imagine 40 people from different parts of the world coming together as 2 teams to compete each other.
Its indeed very fun. And unlike most online Large scale game, you only have to pay for the game and not the online multiplayer facilities.
Most weapon use are standard US army SOP, like M16, M203, M60, sniper rifle (both 5.56 and 7.62 cab) one of the best game i have ever played.

Right now, my favorite is an old Playstation Game called Armorines. It's great because you and another player can play at the same time (not just in battle mode but through the actual game) and work cooperatively through the levels.
I haven't found many really good games that are designed that way.
Lord of the Rings: The Third Age can also be played in a similar way. It's another that we like to play together. We beat it already, but it's still fun. My favourite game is Heroes of might and magic. I began in video games with Heroes of might and magic 2, since i bought all games about heroes of might and magic unless some expansions. The games i like also are:
-Halo 1 and 2(but i prefer the first)
-doom 3
-age of empires 2 and age of mythology
-crazy taxi 2 and 3

i especially like anarchy online because its free and a good game None of you will have heard of it but Live for Speed is my favourite computer game. It's a fairly niche online racing simulator (simulator not crappy arcade game). You can race with up to 20 people on various fantasy tracks in around 20 different cars, ranging from a mini lookalike to a Formula V8 (gp2 car). For me no other game can come close to bumper to bumper racing with 19 other sim enthusiasts over the net.
Football Manager is probably next on my list, only ever played it multiplayer 'cause the champ manager games are always a lot more fun that way. It's awesome playing with other people and all starting in a low division with no players, a healthy trasnfer budget and everything that you can change in the editor set the same for all of you. Makes for some awesome competition. Counter-strike.... ya im bored i know^^

However i like play in Half-life 2 Hmmmmm, my favorite game huh? This is gonna be difficult! I like RPGs in general, the longer the better, so I'd say thats my favorite genre. But as for my favorite game of all time, I'll have to say its Galaga. Your remember that old arcade classic? Your in a ship, blasting other ships that look like bugs, and the fire button sticks! LOL! I can get pretty far into the game, level 46 or so, but as for strategy, there really isn't one. Here's a neat little trick though: in the first level, when a bug/ship comes down to try to steal your ship, let him. Then when your next life starts up again, blast him down, not only will you get a ton of points, you also get TWO ships to shoot the alien hoard down with! pretty sweet!

etc. etc. I'd have to say my favorite would be EarthBound(Mother 2) for the SNES. Not only is it an amazing RPG, it's original and has a sort of magic to it. Always gives me a sense of nostalgia when I think about it.
If you asked me 10 years ago, I would've said the Leisure Suit Larry Laffer games. Great tongue in cheek comedy, main character who is forever unlucky in love.
Currently though, my all time favorite is any Final Fantasy 7 and above game. FF7 brought me in, and FFX was bliss. Can't wait for FFXII. And that FF7 Xbox360 remake!

I think one of the best games of all time has to be Zelda OOT for the n64. It had challenging gameplay and a good storyline, along with plenty of action. I've played through it at least 5 times and it still hasnt gotten old. Hopefully the new Zelda (Twilight Princess) will be just as good.

Total annihilation is really one of my greatest games, because you can make hundreds of units and the game is also very synoptic and your recources can't deplete
warcraft 3 is still a very populair game. the graphics are very nice for its age and the online minigames on battlenet are unbeatable
settlers 3. what can I say about it its just the ultimate building RTS game ever made. the game is very old but I am still playing it. The gameplay of settlers 3 is better than settlers 4 or 5 Starcraft, All quakes (Q4 too), Half-life (all of).

i've heard a lot about flight simulator but i have never actually played it.By far the GTA series, my most favorite being GTA 3 and close to san andreas. Also I enjoy many FPS games like Halo 2 and who can forget about perfect dark for the old 64? Not me. That game set the standards for future FPS's as did Goldeneye for 64. I also enjoy the halo series, and my favorite racer is Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition.

I'd have to say that the entire Rainbow Six series are my favorite games, but more recently my favorite game is Battlefield 2 and the upcoming expansion pack Special Forces.
Call of Duty or Half Life 2 for my favorite SP game. I will have to go with Enemy Territory as my favorite MP game.

MoH has this atmosphere when you turn this game on and hear this music. I love it! Graphics are great ( we must remeber its old game) and missions are interesting (but we kill hundrets of Germans alone lol). I don't know why this game is so fine too me. Maybe because it was my first FPS which i liked. And the multiplayer! When I think about these clan wars on the Bridge... Great game... But unfortunately it's now a dead game - CoD is newer and it isn't strange that many of MoHAA players play CoD now.
I like CoD a lot and i can play MP always but it hasn't MoHAA's atmosphere. We see realistic wars, battles but it isn't MoH. It's secon on my favorite FPP games list. But on that list there is no place for MoHPA (most of people who made MoHAA went to Infinity Ward and mad CoD) and CoD2. I like it but first CoD is better I think.
I played many games and I like a lot of them - Half-Life2, SW: Republic Commando, Battlefield, I liked also Blitzkrieg, Cossacks and Rayman 2 .

Here is an odd one. My favourite game this days, in order to explain which one it is, I will have to make a quick reference of two items.
If you would like a simple (but for the sake of being simple incomplete) answer, I would tell you my favourite game is the Middle Earth collectable card game. Now, I'm sure I'm getting funky looks as I speak, since it is of course presumed that we are talking about computer or electronic games. But my friends, I am! Because I would also need to say that my favourite game right now is called Gccg or Generic Collectable Card Game a lovely piece of fan made software that allows me to play this with other geeks such as myself.
Of course, after this less than common answer I'm sure most of you (the two or three that actually read this and care) must feel a bitter taste in their mouths. Well then, I will briefly comment on my other favourite game (as of now), which is the all famous Little Fighter 2, especially using that crazy Reinforced modification which makes everything just plain insane. Another favorite of mine was the Golden Sun series for Gameboy Advance (can't wait for a #3 to come out).
But if I had to choose, my all-time favorite would be the Myst series for PC. All of them have excellent storyline, graphics, and puzzle-solving gameplay.

I play now full-time Enemy Territory and i Played: Lineage II: Chronicle 3, Silkroad online, Anarchy online (without any expansion packs), Need For speed Most wanted, Call of duty 2, Age of empires 3, Return to Castle Wolfenstein (online offcourse) and Empire Earth II! My favorite games include the Halos and Need for Speed (Underground 2 and Most Wanted). But my favorite sports game would have to be the Maddens. But Starcraft was also and still is a fun computer game.

also priston tale has got a lot of my time.. I play Battlefield 2 and Battlefield 2 Special Forces on pc. On PS2 I play Need For Speed: Most Wanted. I just start a new battlefield 2 clan, and I want to make a site for it.
Final fantasy, really what can you say? Is there any one word good enough to describe how amazing the final fantasy series is? I mean it has it all. There is action, adventure, role playing, romance, sorrow, happiness, revenge, and there is always a good ending. Final fantasy makes you work hard for your ending. Usually, like in final fantasy X-2 the more you do, the better you play means the better your ending. I played nintendo until I got a ps2 and played final fantasy X. After that, I never switched back to nintendo. I bought final fantasy 7 and beat it, twice. I borrowed final fantasy X-2 from a friend and beat that twice as well, unlocking the best ending. The thing that I think makes final fantasy games so good, is the aspect of revenge, but with due reason. I mean in final fantasy 7 it was aries being killed, in final fantasy X it was tidus's entire world being taken away from him. It makes you want to destroy the evil god-like antagonist. It really sets you in the game. I personally love games that do that. Many try to accomplish it, and few succeed. I have to say that the Final Fantasy series truly does this. I can't speak for the earlier final fantasy games. I didn't get a chance to buy final fantasy 8 or 9. I would really like to and play them to the finish as well. The truth is, if you like Role Playing Games, Action, Adventure and well built plot, the final fantasy series is the way to go. Although they do take patience, it is well worth it. I have to say, they are one of the best, if not the best games I have ever played. That is what makes Playstation and Playstation so good. The quality of the games; the content, the story line, the different complex features, all set the system apart from others. If you ask me, I would pick a superior story line over graphics any day. So if you agree with some of my views and are looking for a game to play, the final fantasy series is for you.

Counter-Strike has got to be the best game ever made. It was the first game I ever played at a LAN way back in the Alpha days, now Source is the same fun. It has always been the best FPS-multiplayer Team game.
Some great ones out right now that I play a lot are:
FlatOut - Wonderful racing game for both Single player, and makes a great LAN game.
Need for Speed: Most Wanted - Has very addicting single player which is very rare for a racing game, but the multiplayer needs a lot of work.
Far Cry - Beautiful Graphics and very open game play.
BattleField 2 - It is a real thrill to Fly, it is a real fun game for Tank driving, FPS, and is amazing coop game for Team play.
Call of Duty 2 - I was out of my mind the first time I played Medal of Honor; COD2 brings that feeling that I got from the D-Day Assault of Medal of Honor, every time I play COD2. It is the best WWII FPS out of the mountain of the current ones.
Star Craft - I have had a really hard time to find any better.
Command & Conquer - All of the C&C have been great, it has led the World War RTS for a long time.
Home World 2 - Full 3D Space Combat, one of the best strategy game there is.
X-Wing Alliance - Is there anything better than Star Wars?, too bad most of the games for Lucas Arts really never are any good, but all of the X-Wings games make up for the rest. You haven't experienced Star Wars until you have played X-Wing.
Some other fun ones are: UT2004, Quake 4, War Hammer 40K DOW, Day of Defeat, EV Nova, MechWarrior 4, and F.E.A.R.

i really loved loved the age of empires series until they came out with age of empires 3, i think its too different from the other games.
the command and conquer series is really good, always a classic and tiberian sun being the best,
and easports nhl series is always something to look forward too, along with there madden games, call of duty1 call of duty 2, and medal of honouring are some wicked first person shooters. But the best fps i ever played has to be halo 1, halo 2 was good but the story line was terrible and the ending sucked

I would have to say my favorite game of all time has got to be Worms 2. Me and my friends used to play the heck out of that game! I must have logged something like 100 plus hours on it.
It would have to be followed closely by Warcraft 2. I never played the campaign all that much but I loved making maps for it.
Finally special mention goes out to Lode Runner (for being a classic that could even be played on the Macs at my elementary school!), and to World of Warcraft for being the most addicting game I have ever played!

I hated the series. I played one of the demos (X-2 I believe) and almost snapped the CD in half. Way too overrated, I say.
I loved the Jak games (except not how they made Jak X - that looks horrible). I've beaten every one of them (I'm at the boss for the last one - gave up and lent the CD to a friend). I even got all 2000 orbs in the first. Yeh!for the WoW player's... on wich servers are you?

GTA San Andreas, Burnout Revenge, Need For Speed: Most Wanted... I agree with the Dynasty Warriors Series being one of the best series of games on the market, but I believe that Ghost Recon for PS2 is the best game, along with James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing. I could even say NHL 2001, but I know that many would not agree. Owning Dynasty Warriors makes me say that the game is not the best of all games, especially because you can beat the campaigns very easily, and the gameplay becomes repetitive after a while. 007:EoN is always fun because it has an extensive 1 player campaign, a fairly fun 2 player co-op campaign, and arena battle royal-style play. Ghost Recon is just ridiculously fun because you can crawl until you are 2 feet away from the enemy, look up with your sniper rifle, and blast their head off, and elsewhere detonate some C4 and use an anti-tank missile launcher to take out a parade of tanks, and it's all in the middle of the Republic of Georgia. How wonderful is that?

I left off to amuse oneself games already a long ago, but I like the game of Lineage, through its graphic arts and small volume of traffic, which is needed for that to have fun.
The best game ever is still Counter-Strike 1.6! I am playing it since it came out and I'm still playing it 2 hours a day. The graphics are Ok, it dosn't take a lot of MB on the drive and you can have a slow computer. You don't even have to have a fast internet connection.
The major deal with it is still tactics, reaction and skill. If you want it to look nice, take CS:Source!
The easiest way to get it is with Steam and credit card ($14.95 including CS Conditions Zero and the Deleted Scenes)
Good deal for thousands of hours full of fun!

but my big love lately is WOW, i m on a french server called kirin tor and really this game is great, still lots of things to improve for players that reached the last level, but till the last level, lots of adventures and challenges.
The only bad side is the price, as you have to pay like 12 euros every month. So I really advise this game only for people being able to play everyday, for casuals I dont think it is the best deal for fun/money.

I also enjoy Guild Wars & DS2. I though my favourite was Final Fantasy but I was thinking: you do not have freedom in that game... I like freedom, so one of my favourite games is The Elder Scrolls II: Morrowind.
The game I most enjoyed playing was Tales Of Phantasia, for SNES.
Some other nice games are Warcraft II: The Frozen Throne and Need For Speed Underground II. Counter strike: souce

Amazing game. Graphics, locales, and the basc fact that it is fun! SOme parts aren't as good as Everything Or Nothing (the previous 007 game, not including Goldeneye: Rogue Agent). The music also is AMAZING with a real 60s feel to it.

9.5/10 I like world of warcraft.
World of warcraft is great game it has amazing graphics and an endless amount of play .No matter how much time you put in to it you can never finish everything .I know people who are at level 60 (the max lvl) and they say they cannot finish everything cause there are so many diffrent groups of npcs that you must try and earn their respect.
There is also a good pvp battle system that has three difrent battlegrounds such as capture the flag ,king of the hill and assult styles of battles .
So warcraft is a good game but paying them $20(aus) a month is a real drag.... So ill give it a 9/10
I like PES and Football Manager.

But those game really make me enjoy..

High on my list is the Warcraft series(not WoW sux ) , Gothic I & II (can't wait for III if they finaly decide to let the world enhoy it ....), Heroes 2 and 3 and a few more I have to say that my all-time favorite game has to Unreal Tournament 2004, simply because it gave me so much fun. Close second comes Morrowind, altough I must say that theyr gameplays are so diferent that you shouldn't compare them... so I did a simple gameplay fun comparison. In my opinion UT2004 is even more fun then the new Battlefield 2, with is great, but still doesn't give me the fun UT2004 gives me. Now we are about to see the sequels of these GREAT games in UT2004 and The Elder Scrools IV: Oblivion. Yeah, Star Wars Clone Wars is a good game. I can't get it, though, it is taken out of the stores (a long time ago).
I like Halo 2, GTA's, All Star Wars games.
My fav. PC game is Chuzzle (a popcap game). I've managed to complete the Mind Bender puzzles and I'm still trying to achieve all of the trophies. Does anyone have any tips on that? Guild Wars rocks!!

I am there too! I am A UT Freak!My favourite (or favorite) game would be Ultima Online. I play plenty of other games that take advantage of a powerful desktop, but this Ultima Online takes the cake. Not only is it the first and longest lasting MMORPG on the market (check the Guiness Book of World Records) but even after it being still a 3/4 view game; the content, world, skills, races, items, housing, themes, customization, quests, etc.... I mean the list goes on and on.
The game has been around for 8 years and I believe still has more than 250,000 players. Other games have and will continue to come and go. Let's pay some respect the game that allowed game makers to realize that online multiplayer games could be profitable.

I went to 2088, I had to go to bed so turned of the computer, I think it could be played much and much longer when I had my pc running for 24-7
anyway maybe its beter not to play it coz it will let you play it every day Kind of old, yes I know but that dosn't make it less good. I suspected that it would never reach the ground breaking innovation of HL that I played over and over back when it was released but it sure did!
I enjoy every second of this game and play it deliberately slow to extend the experience as much as possible.
To anyone not tried it yet I would say its a must have!

StarCraft !! This is the real perfect game. After such years is still very good. I personally prefer shooters -easy and give some satisfaction.
I plaayed both Far Cry , Half-Life 2 ,Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow ,Max Payne 1 and 2 , and much more . But i think that the best game i've ever played was Half-Life 2 - it has fantastic physics and graphics ,but the best advantage is that it runs at 60 FPS with maximum detail on my PC

I prefer EAW myself. I used to be a SC addict, but after picking up Star Wars:Empire at War, I'm hooked. Simply the best mad strategy game ever.
For example: Let's say you have the Death Star. That planet you want REEEEEEAAAAAL bad is under HEAVY protection on the ground. So, what do you do? Send down a massive ground assault and duke it out? Area51 owns all on the ps2. its online play and community for it was awesome. inteh summer, my clan and i went 23-2, with the crown. Currently my favorite game is Americas Army, and it is the one I play most. There was a long period however, in which I play RTCW: Enemy Territory a ton. Then I moved to Israel and now there is too much lag there.
In Americas army my favorite map is Pipeline. In RTCW: Enemy Territory it was Venic or Oasis. I dont have much time to play so im playing games which i can start and end at any time quickly. My favorite game is BzFlag online game.

Favorite game is Half-Life 2! It beats halo and has the best graphics for computer so far. It doesn't take up that much space and it can be considered a classic. Also, you don't have to have a powerful computer to run it.

My favourite game is Deus Ex. The story was fantastic. There were many moments when my heart almoust stopped. And I like the variabiality of choices to get to some information or generally speaking get further. I wish there was more games like this...

diablo, world of warcraft, starcraft, warcraft3 Favorite Game you ask? Why of course, none other than Halo/Halo 2. >.< Halo 2 for Windows Vista is coming out, I'm getting real excited for that since they say it's coming out with a map builder and since Vista has so many new capabilities the graphics will be updated also.
Don't let this get you down though Halo fans, Bungie isn't working on it, a 3rd party studio is just like how Halo PC was made. Don't beleive me search in Bungie's news archives. It's about 3 months old or so I beleive.

For example - WoW is good game (in my opinion the best from MMORPG), IceWind Dale 2 - good rpg with hack n' slash quests - always are 2 ways - first - you must talking with NPC, going around and etc., second (my fav) - "kill em all" Of course I would say my favorite is "Starcraft".
Against my race's weaknesses I choose to play with Zergs. With masses of zerglings and hydras, you can take much of your enemies.
Despite their early attacks Sometimes it is difficult to win. Because once your enemy gets stronger It would be most difficult to beat their superior strength(when compared with zergs)
I like zergs and Starcraft;)
Oh, and to add to the Halo series, I also like Oblivion, Madden Games, G.R.A.W (actually, it's starting to bore me now...), and Final Fantasy X.

Well ... I like Tekken better than the rest I only like Sports games,
thats why Fifa games are the best, and of course all those football management games.
I dont have PS 2 so sometimes Fifa games are not as fun to play as they are but the football management games are amazing.
Cricket games are normally very bad, especially the EA Sports ones. Brian Lara Cricket, by CodeMasters, is a lot better than EA Sports Cricket.
Unfortunately, my computer is very slow and dosnt have a lot of RAM either, so playing some games is very difficult. But the worst thing is the graphics, I have a very poor graphics card, and that is very bad for me.
I am obssesed with this game called World of Warcraft, Warcraft has always been a hobby, a pleasure and just plain fun that i get obsessed with it. Sometimes i dont sleep other times i dont do anything i just play WoW. Although it cost 15$ a month, its worth it, if anyone wants to try out the game just check it out and join the realm Bronzebeard as listed in my signature look me up, im on the horde

Icy Tower is a nice game for in between.. if you know what I mean ;)

Its really good. It can only be played online, theres no single player. Basically you need to work in group with other players online to achieve a goal. You also have shooting obviously. The weapons are great: Flamethrowers, rocket launchers, snipers, airstrikes, etc etc. Its great! I absolutely prefer to play world of warcraft. Fantastic game... Which server does everyone play on? Im on Emeriss on the european servers. I have been in several guilds, but mostly we do ZG... I thought i'd share some info on the different bosses there.
Here comes:
Aspects
The Priest Aspects all assume an animal form at some point when fighting them. Moreover, if they are left alive they grant Hakkar powerful abilities that make him much harder to kill. This is in contrast to other bosses who do not assume animal forms and do not give Hakkar any abilities (Hexxer, Mandokir, etc.)
High Priestess Jeklik - Bat Aspect
Jeklik begin the encounter in bat form. In this form she has an AoE silence that also damages. She randomly charges people in the group, and summons 4 bloodseeker bats periodically to attack the raid. When half her life is gone she reverts to priest forms. Here she casts Shadow Word: Pain, Mindflay, and Greater Heal. She also summons bomb bats which drop fire bombs on the ground which DoT those inside. Read more here.
High Priest Venoxis - Snake Aspect
Venoxis comes with 4 snake adds. He stays in priest form to begin where he cast Holy Nova, Holy Fire, and Renew. He can also cast Holy Wrath, a spell which jumps from person to person with damage increasing exponentially as it hits people. In snake form his melee damage goes up dramatically, and he releases a poison cloud. Read more here.
High Priestess Mar'li - Spider Aspect
Mar'li has two main forms, like the other bosses in Zul'Gurub. She starts off in her troll form where she can spawn adds. These spider adds quickly gain strength and size if not killed quickly. When she transforms into her spider form she can cast aoe poison spells which affect the entire group and also web everyone standing near her in place. As soon as she webs everyone she will attack the person with the highest aggro that has not been webbed (usually a healer if they are out of range.)
High Priestess Mar'li.
High Priest Thekal - Tiger Aspect
Thekal comes with 2 named humanoid adds and 2 tigers. The 2 humanoid adds are a shaman and a rogue. Thekal initiates the fight in priest form, where he can mortal strike. If any of the adds or Thekal dies, the remaining ones will resurrect them. This means all 3 must die simultaneously.
After dying once, Thekal respawns as a Tiger. In this form he can charge, flurry, enrage, and Force Punch. Force Punch is an AoE attack around Thekal that does ~1000 damage. He often does it twice in a row. Furthermore he spawns 2 tigers periodically throughout the fight. Read more here.
High Priestess Arlokk - Panther Aspect
Arlokk is spawned by hitting the gong in her room. She starts in priest form using shadow word: pain and standard melee attack. Immediately upon engaging her panthers spawn from each cage, about one every 5 seconds. She will immediately 'mark' somone that the panthers will all attack. After one minute she stealths.
The panthers will continue to spawn while she is stealthed. She will return to battle roughly 30s later, opening up with 2 whirlwind attacks. She will then disappear again after one minute and the cycle continues until she is killed.
Optional Bosses
The bosses below are considered 'optional' because they do not give Hakkar any abilities. Leaving a single priest alive makes Hakkar precipitously harder to kill and are therefore 'required' to kill him.
Bloodlord Mandokir
Mandokir begins the fight on his raptor mount. He dismounts and both the raptor and Mandokir engage the raid. Mandokir can whirlwind, cleave, charge (which also deaggros), and he can also 'watch' someone in the raid. While 'watched', that person's spells and attacks generate much more aggro. Finally, when someone dies they are automatically resurrected, but also cause Mandokir to become larger and more powerful (he levels up). Read more here.
Jin'do the Hexxer
Jin'do is the most complicated and difficult fight in Zul'Gurub. Jin'do is a shaman who can use mind controlling and healing totems. Furthermore, he summons shades which can only be killed when someone is subsequently cursed by Jin'do. Finally, he randomly polymorphs people or teleports them into a pit of undead skeletons. He is required for the quest

Spawnable Bosses
Gahz'ranka
Gahz'ranka is summoned by doing a quest for Nat Pagle that begins in Zul'Gurub. Down by the waters there is an abandoned camp with a clickable box which gives you the quest, then you need to go to Dustwallow Marsh and chat with Nat Pagle, come back and do some fishing and then you can summon the boss.
Edge of Madness
Inside the Edge of Madness there is a tablet behind the alter, where alchemists can learn to make Gurubashi Mojo Madness (materials : 1x Blood of Heroes, 1x Massive Mojo, 6x Powerful Mojo, 1x Black Lotus) use this to extinguish the Brazier of Madness and spawn one of four random bosses. Looking at the bosses tablets along the walls inside, you can figure out which will spawn by finding the one with the caption "so and so is close to the edge of madness".
Coming up to the edge of madness you will be pulling a bunch of Imps. They come in 3 pulls and when you kill them they spawn 2 Voidwalkers who can do some pretty good damage. They can be Banished and Enslaved so bringing a warlock for this section is nice.
Loot tables for these bosses are nothing fantastic but what they do drop are the pieces for the class specific epic trinkets Listed Below that are part of the class sets.
The Four bosses are as follows:
Gri'Lek
Gri'Lek's Blood
Gri'lek is a berserk troll / warrior. His special ability is to go 200% his size and he will start hitting people for 5000+ damage... but while in this form he moves slow as a rock. As soon as he starts to grow he will target 1 person, announce who he's targeted so that u can keep up some strong dps while hes big. Have melee keep their distance and make sure the targeted player also keeps his distance and you can kite him. He also has a tremor ability which will AE stun and root someone. Make sure you are keeping your main tank dispelled right away when he gets root. You can fight him like you fight any berserk trolls in the zone except for when he uses his special ability.
Renataki
Renataki's Tooth
Renataki is a rogue. His special ability is to use vanish and he will randomly appear and ambush someone which will do quite a bit of damage. He is not that hard of a boss, just throw a few rogues on him and have them tank him and you can DPS him down. His vanish will not break on dots.
Hazza'rah
Hazza'rah's Dream Thread
His special ability is to spawn giant plant, dinosaurs, or stitches type things that have the ability to 1 shot low HP classes. The spawns have about 500hp but if not downed quickly Hazza'rah's 2nd ability, random AOE sleep combined with mad dmg from the spawns results in a mess. Pretty hard to tank but if you have all range dps on the spawns (hunters are great with multishot) its a pretty easy fight. He also has a pretty mean mana burn, so casters be aware of where he is at all times as he does move around alot.
Woosholay
Woosholay's Mane
Has a poison cloud around him that resembles that of High Priestess Venoxis, so melee has to keep his distance as well as a hurricane (druid aoe nature spell). Keep him tanked facing away from the raid due to frontal lightning strikes. When he does his hurricane move him but make sure you keep him facing away from the raid.
Hakkar the Soulflayer
Hakkar
Hakkar is the final boss in Zul'Gurub. The surrounding priests grant him abilities if they are not killed:
Jeklik - 1200-2000 AoE damage + 8s silence.
Venoxis - 800 damage poison to the raid.
Mar'li - 6 second stun and complete aggro reset.
Thekal - Enrages, increasing attack speed by 150%.
Arlokk - 2 second Gouge (aggro wipes the main tank)
Hakkar has never been beaten with all 5 aspects active. Read more here.
After killing Hakkar, 2 random epics will drop as well as the Heart of Hakkar. This can be turned into the Zandalar tribe for one of 3 trinkets:
Zandalarian Hero Badge
Zandalarian Hero Charm
Zandalarian Hero Medallion
Turning in the heart also buffs everyone in Stranglethorn Vale with Spirit of Zandalar: 10% movement speed, 5% dodge, and 15% to all stats 2 hrs. Persists through death.
Recommended Route
From experience this is the most efficient path to take through the instance.
1) Come in and go straight, across the first bridge turn right and head up and kill High Priestess Jek'lik.
2) Go back down and across the second bridge to and you'll find a room containging High Priestess Venoxis.
3) Behind Venoxis's Room take the right path, and continue going up. Here you can go straight up and kill Broodlord Mandokir or take a right through the path with spider webs to High Priestess Mar'li.
4) Here those who plan on doing the edge of madness, should do it now to get it out of the way.
5) Down the path to your right you'll find High Priestess Thekal.
6) After Thekal off the path to the left you'll find the camp to spawn Gaz'ranka, kill him now to get him out of the way as well.
7) Then come's High Priestess Arlokk
Kill Jindo now, leaving him to after hakkar on a late night often results in the rogues leaving (in my case).
9) Back down the ramp, and over the bridge to Hakkar, and you've cleared all of Zul'Gurub.

favourite game hmmm Counter Strike 1.6 the best on the net.. sigle player only Age of empires 2 ;] My current favorite game is Harvest Moon Magical Melody. It has a fun purpose and I find it relaxing because it's an RPG/Simulation game. You befriend people in hopes of getting married and collecting musical notes to free the Harvest Goddess and you are always competing with a rival farmer, which forces you to work, play and try harder. BattleField 2 and World of Warcraft. That's the games who I like for now.
Final Fantasy Tactics for the PS1 is my favorite game of all time.

For the most part, the entire Legend Of Zelda series is good, but Ocarina of Time and The Wind Waker have to be my favorites of the series, and my two favorite games. I for one, can't wait for Twilight Princess to come out.

Oh what fun it is spending time spending thouasands of dollars on building a zoo only to let the animals lose on the public when or if it goes bankrupt lol when playing I found a gift shop by the entrance and carts by the exhibts bring in the money, as do the rides oh my, sky tram, and jeep, dont chop down a pole though, for the guest fall to the ground and start running and screaming scaring the poor animals. Now for poker, what can be more relaxing then being at the final table with chris fergoson and kicking up some dust. went through my first yr with only 6 braclets but hey theres always next year. I know may seem lame to some of the younger folks here, but you know its all about relaxing and having fun right?

Renataki is a rogue. His special ability is to use vanish and he will randomly appear and ambush someone which will do quite a bit of damage. He is not that hard of a boss, just throw a few rogues on him and have them tank him and you can DPS him down. His vanish will not break on dots.

Hazza'rah's Dream Thread
His special ability is to spawn giant plant, dinosaurs, or stitches type things that have the ability to 1 shot low HP classes. The spawns have about 500hp but if not downed quickly Hazza'rah's 2nd ability, random AOE sleep combined with mad dmg from the spawns results in a mess. Pretty hard to tank but if you have all range dps on the spawns (hunters are great with multishot) its a pretty easy fight. He also has a pretty mean mana burn, so casters be aware of where he is at all times as he does move around alot.
Woosholay
Woosholay's Mane
Has a poison cloud around him that resembles that of High Priestess Venoxis, so melee has to keep his distance as well as a hurricane (druid aoe nature spell). Keep him tanked facing away from the raid due to frontal lightning strikes. When he does his hurricane move him but make sure you keep him facing away from the raid.
Hakkar the Soulflayer
Hakkar
Hakkar is the final boss in Zul'Gurub. The surrounding priests grant him abilities if they are not killed:
Jeklik - 1200-2000 AoE damage + 8s silence.
Venoxis - 800 damage poison to the raid.
Mar'li - 6 second stun and complete aggro reset.
Thekal - Enrages, increasing attack speed by 150%.
Arlokk - 2 second Gouge (aggro wipes the main tank)
Hakkar has never been beaten with all 5 aspects active. Read more here.
After killing Hakkar, 2 random epics will drop as well as the Heart of Hakkar. This can be turned into the Zandalar tribe for one of 3 trinkets:

Turning in the heart also buffs everyone in Stranglethorn Vale with Spirit of Zandalar: 10% movement speed, 5% dodge, and 15% to all stats 2 hrs. Persists through death.
Recommended Route
From experience this is the most efficient path to take through the instance.
1) Come in and go straight, across the first bridge turn right and head up and kill High Priestess Jek'lik.
2) Go back down and across the second bridge to and you'll find a room containging High Priestess Venoxis.
3) Behind Venoxis's Room take the right path, and continue going up. Here you can go straight up and kill Broodlord Mandokir or take a right through the path with spider webs to High Priestess Mar'li.
4) Here those who plan on doing the edge of madness, should do it now to get it out of the way.
5) Down the path to your right you'll find High Priestess Thekal.
6) After Thekal off the path to the left you'll find the camp to spawn Gaz'ranka, kill him now to get him out of the way as well.
7) Then come's High Priestess Arlokk
Kill Jindo now, leaving him to after hakkar on a late night often results in the rogues leaving (in my case).
9) Back down the ramp, and over the bridge to Hakkar, and you've cleared all of Zul'Gurub."

World of Warcraft is an awesome game because it's simple and can be enjoyed by both advanced and amateur players. For online MMPORGs, this would probably be my most favorite. EQ2 is just a ghettoer version of WoW, and Lineage 2 was plain horrible. I shut down L2 after like 20 mins of playing it, and the first 20 mins of a game should be the fun to get you engaged in the game. Guild Wars was awesome too, but I wouldn't pay a monthly fee to play it.
For strategy games, I'd need to say Warcraft 3 would be the best, but not by far. The game feels alien to me. The plot is excellent. Strategy games have branched out so far that it's really just a matter of preference, not which one has more features. I'm honestly still a gigantic fan of Starcraft, even though the game is 10 years old, just because I think it's cool.
And that's all I'm going to say for now lol
Well The Favourie for me is none other than the Tekken Series.
Tekken 2 was where is started. and its really a hell of fun fighting. I have seen no other fighting game of this calibor.

Also ysflight (free) is quite good for a quick and dirty dog fight Caesar III and Pro Evolution Soccer 5. They have been my all time favourties..

i like dota first. next is maple story hahahahaha.. den rakion, gunbound, runescape. dota rules!! its the game i play the most.. but for maple, it takes up too much time and its quite boring.. having to train and train and train and train.. yeah.. rakion is fun.. at least its exciting.. compared to maple.. where if u play too long you heart can stop beating HAHAHHA runescape is similar to maple.. juz training and nothing else. but sadly my runescape account got HACKED T.T

My favourite game is Call of Duty 2, but I like Battlefield too. In my opinion, action and multiplayer games envolving minition and much, much action! For me, the best is a game that envolves the player and made excite him, so I play this tipe of game... I love FPS and will always play Quake 2, as well as making my own levels for it. More recently I've enjoyed Half-Life 2, F.E.A.R. and Quake 4. Single player or online multiplayer I can't get enough FPS.

My favourite game ever, i would have to say Final Fantasy X mainly for its story and how it all works together very good... but i would have to say that Resident Evil 4 is a close 2nd as i've been playing that alot to and found that its good.
There is probably a game or games that i would have said was no1 but at the moment i would have to go with FFX.

My favorite game? Hmm. That's a tough one. It can either be:
Chrono Trigger - The game had the best SNES graphics ever produced along with an intriguing storyline with a bunch of twists and turns. I am dissapointed at the difficulty of the last boss even though that fight had the best music in the game!
Final Fantasy 7 - Oh God. Unique "Materia" system, the best cutscenes on a PSX game (Quality-wise(Although FF9 had the almost the same if not the same graphics)), best orchestra I've heard to date (!), and contains my favorite rival and main character - Sephiroth and Cloud. What more could you ask for?
Super Mario All-Stars with Super Mario World - The classic series combined into one (fairly) small cartridge! I love it.
Kingdom Hearts - This game is eons better than what I thought would result in a SquareEnix/Disney callibration. It's safe to say that this is my favorite ARPG ever. EVER!

I grew up with them games, and the first one I owned was FFIII(Later to be revealed as FFVI) cause that's when I had a SNES to play it on.
The final fantasy games are the best in my opinion, since they provide a unique story, awesome graphics, a great soundtrack and tons of sidequests with minigames in them.
If you're not fan of RPG's though, I still reccomend these games, as I wasn't fond ofrpgs in the beginning either. After FFVI, I was sure where my destiny lied. In the hearts of the creative people that work over at Square-enix. that is what i am playing : World of Warcraft.
Actually I have more than one, but to keep it short I love QUAKE III arena (have anybody play already QUAKE IV?) and Warcraft Frozen Throne Specially the ultimate map DOTA ALL STAR. Hyper cool for a quick one on one magic battle!

And my favorite games are Need For Speed: Most Wanted, GTA: San Andreas, Unreal Tournament 1999: G.O.T.Y Special Edition and Call Of Duty: Big Red One And Lineage 2 is a good game too, but you will need to have a good video card for it Diablo 1 that would be.

Probably my favourite online game would have to be Tactics Arena Online (www.digisonline.com/tactics OR COMMERCIAL VERSION www.tacticsarenaonline.com)
This game is AMAZING its a tactical game similar to chess except with amazing graphics, completely new units, different game play and more. But what makes it better than the rest is the community and the abbility to gain skill, units, and (most importantly) stats! The game is agains two live (human) players who get their own arena with chat (there is also chat in the main Floor pages (where all the arenas are held). After making an account your stats are kept track of and are viewable by everyone. Winning, you gain stats. Loosing, you loose stats. AND if I were a 750 (the stats you begin with) and I were to win against a 1250 (my current stats which has taken months of non-obsessive game playing to achieve) I would get alot more stats than if I were to beat a 600. Also 5 random times a day there will be a drop. A drop is where letters apear in the message section saying, "IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN BATTLE THE WINNER WILL GAIN ONE [unit name]" its really very exciting! also you can purchace better units with 10 - 20 USD. So far I havn't been sucked into this:P And I know what you're thinking at this point. And the answer to your question is no, that doesn't make the game unfair because Gold members (the ones who have paid) for the most part stick to other Gold members (usually because they have more stats and can get more if they win against them) UNLESS of course you're a grey like me with amazingly high stats with only grey units! If you ever get in my position... its better just to jump into a game with another grey before they see your high stats and try to "jump" you! Hmm. I have played a lot of games in my lifetime... lol
My favorite would be "Tibia". It's an MMORPG that kind of looks like a SNES game. I've been playing it since May 2003 and haven't stopped yet, so I guess it's safe to say it's addicting to some people...
Other than that, I love the other RPG games. "Final Fantasy VII" and "Chrono Trigger" were also awesome.

My favorite game of all time is the Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time. In my opinion, it was the best Zelda game, and one of the most amusing I ever played. Since starting it, I've played through countless times. The best part is once you are bored with the regular story (which takes a while,) there are so many glitches that are good for many hours of enjoyment. The glitches don't take away from the game experience; in fact, many times I found myself saying "how did they ever think of doing that?" A game that was phenomenal because of its gameplay, and even better because of such awesome glitches, deserves recognition.
i like things like battlefeild 2, and racing games such as need for speed most wanted The Legend Of Zelda the orcarina of time is definetly the best game ever made. It took me like 3 yeras to pass it. I know its a bit old but it is a classic. Some people just give up on it because its soooo hard but I just played it a bit and when I got stuck I would leave it for a while and come back a few days later and try and figure it out. I also like age of empires for the PC. It is amazing!

Final Fantasy is very good. But it usually lacks in having a high replay-factor.
I also play Crossfire and some online browser-games frome time to time.
My favorite game is Microsoft Flight Simulator . it's the best I think My current favourite game is Rome:Total War (with the latest realism mod). Its a whole new game which rarely gets old, because of the strategic and tactical depth. Its a really amazing game which still stands among the very best i've played the last 25 years (yeah I've gamed for that long, since the Commodore Vic 20).
I am not much of a gamer, but i think Half life 2 and Far cry were terrific!...
I am waiting for farcry 2 to come if they ever decide to make it. Halo 2 online is my favorite, and not just because it's Halo. I mean I actually enjoy the game, even though I pretty much suck at it.

I've just recently gotten into RPG's, and I've been liking the Final Fantasy series a whole lot. I was NOT a fan of FF XI, however. My life will pretty much be over when FF XII comes out.
As far as sports games go, I cannot get enough Madden (even though I think EA was kinda evil in buying out the competition). I just hope the next version doesn't just re-hash the franchise mode like 06 did.
God of War cant wait until number 2 comes out.

I like Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2006 a lot...it is so realistic and building your own golf career is really fun. Seeing that you get better, makes me wanna play more and more.
Next to that Need For Speed (all versions) are great to play. And Fifa Soccer 2006...those faces of the players are getting better and better...

No Sonic fans in here? I just love the Sonic the Hedgehog Series (and everything that Sonic Team creates). That's why I use NiGHTS (from NiGHTS into Dreams) as avatar. my fav game lately has become black hawk down, great game play and huge online community. not too many mods, but tho ones that are out are great. for rts i like rise of nations and command and conquer generals, generals has a ton of mods to change the gameplay and weapons.
i've been playing Heroes of Might & Magic for such a long time and I never get bored with it! It' s simply so good or am I just a freak(?)
There's a decent add-on to HoMM3 called WOG (The Wake of Gods) made by freaks for freaks, have you HoMM fans ever tried it out?

As far as DUNE is concerned, it was something specific, between strategy and adventure, and RPG partially.
Whereas DUNE2 was (as far as I know) first RTS game to be seen on the market. And YeeeeAh, I've played it for soooo long and it was awesome for those times....

Zelda on SNES was also really good If it's an all times favourite, mine it's zelda: ocarine of time. I loved every minute of that game.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time has to be my favourite. It's great 3D graphics (for the time), great musical score and game play all made it an incredible experience. It's a game I play still today even though it's been released for so long, really I am hoping a Nintendo DS version will be made so I can take it everywhere with me.

Other good games are Unreal Tournament and the Splinter Cell series. Novaworld / Novalogic games are by favourite - especially the Delta Force series. my favourite game is land warrior, although its getting fairly old now, i still enjoy playing it along with all the other people playing it. its great fun!

1. Command and Conquer, Tiberium Dawn (the original). This game rocked beyond any game that has since come out. Sure the graphics suck compared to current games, and, yes, it didn't really have enough levels, but as you know, its all about gameplay, and C&C was the best computer gameplay I know. Mostly, though, this wins out because of nostolgia.
2. Zelda: Legend of Time, Super NES. Best RPG ever. Really, they don't make games the way they used to. Too much concentration on graphics and special effects, and developers forget that what really makes a game good is the story and the interaction. How many people here agree with that?
3. The entire Resident Evil collection. I started playing them when I was like 6 or 7. And I'm still addicted. Amazing gameplay, amazing stories, and the graphics are really top notch.
4. WarCraft III, 007 GoldenEye, Halo I and II. They all tie for fourth in my place. Wouldn't get a medal, but definitely runners up.

There is no-way in hell that I would be able to pinpoint my favourite game... Currently playing Battle Grounds 2. A MOD for Half-Life 2. The whole HL series inc. CS, CS:S, DoD, DoD:S, Natural Selection (and NS:Source when it's released) and Troy: Divine Playground (another promising HL2 MOD).
Other games on my list are the Civilisation and Age of Empires series, both great games of their genre. And Anarchy-Online (MMORPG), it has a great online community with events, it’s own fan-based radio station, GridStream Productions, who them selves hold many events with real world and in-game prizes. My favorite would have to be MTX: Mototrax for xbox (Live) and Close Combat First To Fight. Is anyone plays those games on xbox Live send me a friend request, my GT is: Ghost Rider103.
There are so many, so it's hard to pick just one. Anything made by Blizzard is high on my list, same with all of the bioware games. Fable was a great game, so was Dungeon Siege 1 and 2, guild wars is hella fun. There are so many more, picking a favourite is nearly impossible.
Though I suppose for the hell of it I'll say Starcraft and Knights of the Old Republic right now.

I also like all the blizzard games. Does anybody know if there is going to be a starcraft 2 or diablo 3? or even warcraft 4 Uhg, everyone wants SC2 and DIII. Me included. Blizzard has not released any information on either of these yet, however they have had some unannounced projects going for some time now. Assuming there is more than one announced project going, you could place a safe bet that one or the other will be based in either the starcraft or diablo universe. I'd love to see blizz open up another franchise universe, and have no doubt that they will at some point, and might have now. But if they have they will also have something going in one of the two that hasn't seen any loving for some time.
(Discounting SC:Ghost of course. Shame that never pulled through). My current favourite game is HL2, the graphics are absolutely amazing, plus I think it's coming to PS3 eventually. Yay!
My favorite game would definatly have to be NBA LIVE on Xbox. Currently NBA LIVE 06 is my favorite out of them all, but any new one or even the old ones are good too. I love basketball and these are as real as it gets from just going and playing it yourself. And, this way you get to control the whole team and not just yourself. There are some things they could do to make the game better, but its an awesome game the way it is. I love getting to be all those NBA guys that are my idols, and even getting to pick my own teams with the fantasy draft, and making your team better, step by step, with training and trades. Dynasty mode is obviously my favorite, but its a great game to just sit down with a friend and battle it out, quick game or even three point or dunk contests. My friends all used to get together after lunch everyday and play for an hour or so, and it was some of the most fun I've ever had. I used to be one of the worst at the game, but now that I've played for a while and learned the in's and out's I kill people in that game.
Resident Evil 4. I havent played any of the previous games in the series, but I love this game. It had me entertained for 16 hrs+. Really good story, good graphics, good weapons, good. . . everyting! There is so much to do in the PS2 version. Aside from the main game, there are 2 side story type things and a minigame. And the unlockable weapons make you want to beat the game multiple times.
The Sims 2 by far, although I also love the Legend of Zelda stuff. I wasn't too keen on the cell-shading in The Wind Waker, but it's now one of my favourite games.
I really suck at most console games, though.
So far, it's been a tie between Need For Speed Underground 2 and FIFA World Cup. Those games are so fun! Say what you want, but, I for one, think these games are pretty cool. My favorite kind of games are racing/sports games.

My most fav game is Diablo Lord of Distruction by Blizzard, I like adventure.

Forth is Need for Speed Underground, I like to drive and race with those virtual opponents I agree that Microsoft Flight Simulator is certainly one of my favourite games. As a student pilot, i find it very realistic and great to practise real drills on. It is also quite easy to master, unlike apps like Falcon 4, etc

Hm...tough question. For me, it all depends on what we're talking about: board games, card games, PC games, console games, etc.
I'd say my favorite console game of all time is definitely Final Fantasy VII. Square should remake it for the PS2 and upgrade the graphics, but that's all. The storyline is solid, the magic system is great, and the replay value makes it all the better. I've played that game more times than I can count, but I've only ever beaten it 100% thrice. It's a great game, but the graphics are more than enough to set most people off. It's all polygonal and the characters have no defined facial features except for hair and eyes. Also, their hands are simple cubes.
Too many people associate good graphics with a good game these days. Just because a game has good graphics does NOT mean that it will be a hit. Similarly, games like FFVII that have bad graphics are thought to be poorly made games, but it just shows that the programmers were more concerned with the game itself, and not the graphics involved in the game.
I likes very many games but the series I likes absolutely most must be the Legend of Zelda games and the Advance wars games. I do really see forward to when The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess finally will be realised.
I love nintendo classics (and modern versions of classics, of course)! Mario, Starfox, Donkey Kong...

I am addicted to Guild Wars and Guild Wars Factions right now. I happen to really like the SaGa series of RPGs for the Game Boy,. Most people have never heard of it, and that's understandable. It was released about the time FF came out in a US release. In an attempt to grab some of the fad it was christened the Final Fantasy Legend series. Anyway, its a typical RPG, with a few twists. There is almost no plot, the color is terrible, a monkey with a computer could make the sixteen sprites in the game...
It's my kind of game: Gamplay is the only thing holding the thing together.

This game is a MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) that i like the best because it has a little anime look and i love anime and its 3d. The has such spectacular graphics and excellent role play.
The first time it was released I was excited. I played for months till it had to close for upgrade. So i stopped playing for a few week. When i got back on it was gone!! They had put 2 knew servers a europe one and a american one. And they both were p2p(pay to play) did i mention it use to be a f2p(free to play). I was terrifed and was going mad. So i decied to stop playing ROSE.
But guess what after a few months people started making private servers and so i joined one of the private servers and started to play again.

Super Smash Bros Brawl will be a blockbuster! my favorite game is heroes of might and magic 3, it is a game, where you are a sort of warrior and you have monsters who help you destroy the enemy, this game is far better then heroes of might and magic 4.
I change favourite games every now and then. Like... I go through phases of intense game play. But it doesn't really last since I'm not that great at becoming really good at a certain game. At the moment I'm in a Warcraft III phase. Mostly because of the ultra unbeatably flexible map editor. I just got the Frozen Throne expansion, and the ultra unbeatably flexible map editor became super ultra unbeatably flexible and I drool at the thought of things that can be done with it.
A few months ago I was into Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee. It's just really hard but really fun as a game.
Age of Empires 3 i would say is the best game i have ever played. Also i think Heroes V is very good

I like the story lines of vice city and san andreas. I like vice city because it's based on the 80's set in miami, it's a classic, the hawaii shirts and the retro sunglasses and then san andreas is based on real cities also being the largest game. My favourite games are mostly recent games. This is rather strange since everybody i know says their favourite games are old ones like Mario and the like. I can't understand why! Sure they were very good games at that time but i can't imagine myself playing Mario when i have tons of new platforms games with much better graphics, increased gameplay and larger maps. Still, i would have no problem about playing the beatiful Rockman series, a copy of the Megaman series. So, here's the list:
1. Halo Series (i still don't believe some guys made such a brilliant game)
2. KotOR (i've played it 17 times and i'm still ready to play another time)
3. Rise of Nations (best RTS ever! It's unthinkable such level of quality)
4. Neverwinter Nights (simply the best PC RPG ever created!)
5. Rockman Series (took me loads of weeks to play games 4 and 6)
6. Splinter Cell Series (a new concept of stealth-driven shooter)
7. Civilization 3 (i've played it for 1 year almost every day!)
8. C&C Series (ZH, RA2 and Renegade are the best of those)
9. Fable (can't find another game like this one. It's unique!)
How much i love these games may not be in the correct order. Sometimes i just can't decide which one i like the most, but Halo is surely on top.

My current favorite game is probably World of Warcraft. I have logged in a crapload of hours on that game. Some other games I love are: Final Fantasy, Pokemon, Halo, Dragon Warrior...I could go on, but I will leave it at that.
The whole Half-Life two series has to be my fav. I'v been with the Valve team since the very beginning. With Day of Defeat since Beta and of course, Counter-Strike. Im looking forward to the Source version of Natural Selection, that will be great!! But, coming soon is the big release of HL2: Episode 2 with Team Fortress Two and Portal.
As for MMORPG, World of Warcraft is great but Im with Anarchy Online all the way! Iv got all the expansions, even though you can play the full game for free. Im looking forward to the upcoming Lost Eden expansion, should increase the PvP aspect of the game.
Among others, the Civillization series is also an excelent game(s) and now the new expansion of Warlords i love Rome total war , warcraft and RA

I am in love with avaiation, and therefore FS has become a part of my computing experience. I purchased FS 1998, and though it was a tolerable product, I in no way felt that it was a great simulation of flight. It just didn't have the look and feel of flight. However, I was blown away by the progress made in FS 2002. Though the clouds were not always realistic (modeling gave them a two-dimension look that was disconcerting to say the least), I thought that the overall experience was pretty good.
I saw FS 2004, and I thought it was probably mot much of an improvement based on reviews I had read. Let me just say that the first reviews I read were wrong. FS 2004 is a major improvement over FS 2002, and it stands as a all-time gret product for aviation buffs like me.
Improvements:
1. Weather: for the first time, flying on FS2004 simulates almost perfectly the experience of actually flying. Clouds have the mist look when you fly through them. The weather systems seem to generate randomly, just as in the non-virtual world. Also, I like the weather themes that can generate snow conditions, thunderstorms, and fair weather with high altitude stratocumulus clouds. In short, the weather is a fantastic approximation of reality. FS 2004 truly represents a quantum leap in simulations. (although IL-2 still has the best clouds).
2. ATC: FS2002 had the feel of real ATC but with some stupid problems. For example, if you fly using IFR (insturment flight rules), and you failed to reach your assigned altitude, the ATC would terminate their services (what the heck is that about?). If you wanted to fly at a different altitude you couldn't. Also, you couldn't change you IFR route, or change from VFR (visual) to IFR in flight. FS2004 makes those changes. For the first time you can change your altitude, you can change your route, and you can switch between IFR and VFR. Yea!.
Another big improvement is the ATC feel itself. For the first time, I actually feel as though I am flying in a populated world. Lots of traffic at big airports, just like in reality. Fly into San Francisco International, and you may just see airplanes lined up to land. This is a big improvement.
3. GPS: In FS2002, the GPS was very basic and frustratingly difficult to use. It was based on a second generation handheld, and consequently, there were few features. The GPS in FS2004 ahs lots of features, is far easier to use because of a new interface window that you can access in flight (see above), and you can switch to terrain features and in-flight messages. It is a more realistic approximation of a GPS device you would use in flight.
4. The World: FS2004 adds signs at airport runways so you can see where your going! It also adds more features to the world around you, such as construction cranes, and different buildings not seen in previous models of FS. Although I have noticed a new "Chick-fil-a" looking restaurant, I can state definitively that no such place exists in San Diego, CA next to the Lindbergh field runway. However, the scenery looks a lot better than FS2002. Little details really add up and make flying in FS2004 much better. The airports really look great. Denver Int'l looks very realistic now, as does Seattle-Tacoma. ( I would rate more but I just havent had the chance to fly all over to world yet!)
5. Computer: For some reason, FS2004 sees to run better on my machine than did FS2002. No "slide shows" (bad framerate) that I have found yet, and the computer seems to run better with FS2002. I like this very much. I haven't added to many third-party add-ons with FS2004 yet, but it just seems to function better than does FS2002, so perhaps FS2002 had some unresolved framerate problems.
6. Open architecture: In general, MSFS has open architecture which allows aviation geeks like me to add-on scenery, and hundreds of planes, general, military and specific airlines as well. Most of the products and downloads I have found are excellent and work well with FS2004.
Complaints:
Given how I feel about this product, I have very few complaints.
I wish the ground textures were better. However, you can either download or purchase products that have photo-realistic scenery, so you can really fly though England of Southern California and really recognize the ground.
Also, I wish the aiports had more realistic aircraft in them. Sometimes flying through LAX, I realize that Cessna would probably not be at that airport. I have even taken off from major airports with DC-3's lined up for takeoff - what is this the 1940's?
However, these are minor problems, and overall Microsoft FS2004 is an excellent product and is well worth a purchase.
My favorite game is probably GTA San Andreas. I also like FarCry and Prey
Ahh...well, it'd have to be Metal Gear Sold 3: Snake Eater, or maybe Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons Of Liberty, or maybe Metal Gear Solid 1, or...dang, it's so hard to choose! The whole Metal Gear series is great!

my faviorte game is Animal Crossing: Wild World for the DS. Because it is awesome because i can play with people all over the world. And also i love Role Playing Games. My favorite game to play is Halo 2 even though I like Halo.

My all time favourite of course none other than Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction.My favorite game of all time has to be My Favorite: Tales of Symphonia You could go on and freaking on... First of all, one thing you must know, is that the game is both huge and small at the same time. How you may ask? Well, the GCN version has 2 Mini-DVD ROMs, and the freaking masta' game has 127 SAVE SLOTS!!!!! But, absolutely-******-AMAZINGLY, each save requires only 3 "Blocks" of save memory. that's INSANE.
Also, the replay ability is UNMATCHED. You will NEVER get everything first time around, no matter how hard you try. Some of the things you will try to get are (but not limited to):
- Maxing out levels (150)
- Gaining all alternate attires for 8 characters, at an average of 3 attires each.
- Getting all Wonder Chef recipes, and getting 7 stars with everyone in each recipe
- Completing your Monster List, Collectors Guide, Magic Lens Data etc.
- Gaining all titles
- Getting a perfect 1000 Grade to spend on Catz to max out your Ex Gems. 5 different levels of gems, 8 characters, 5 options each gem = A WHOLE LOT OF POSSIBILITIES
And that's not half of it.
Also, the game is innovative and original. It combines the tried and true Final Fantasy turn based and HUD system with real time fighting. It has an endearing art style, and the VOs are superb.
Next, it has 4 player Co-Op. 4 PLAYER EFFING CO-OP.
It will run you under 20$ Canadian, because it is a Player's Choice and Greatest Hits title.
You must customize all of each character's different weapons for optimum power and such. Each character has 12 weapons. Get cracking.
There are MANY plot twists, as well as many different endings.
Screw IGN and their 8.5 rating, if you don't have this perfect game, you should be shot so many times...
Right now my favourite game for the last 3-4 years is Flight Simulator 2004. I love flight simulation and can't wait for the Flight Simulator X to be released in a month from now.
Another series which I deeply enjoy is the NHL series. I have been buying it since 96' and haven't missed a copy since.
Sid Meier's Civilization 3 also deserves mentioning.
