Riddle me this! If you have sex in your spare time, is it consider a hobby? Or you just have a problem? Some people just like having sex. And it don't have to be with multiple partners, because that will make that person a porn star that isn't on film. Right or Wrong?

Sex can be a hobby. A good one at fact. You just got to make sure that this hobby won't become an obession. Sex can be consider as a type of exersice. It works out the "other" muscles of the body that most people don't strenghtened and can lead to longer life period. In other words, don't let sex take control of you, take control of sex.

It could be...A hobby is something you like to do in your spare time so if you like having sex in your spare time then I would consider it a hobby. I don't think you have a problem unless you are in a relationship and step outside of it, then that would be considered cheating.

I belive sex can be a hobby. When you are good at something, you make a skill. Learn all the trick and trade of your craft. You test or provide your skills with other person and see how they react, the feeling, ooooo,the aaaahhhhh. Then you go back and see what other things you can do to improve your skills.

For some, sex is a hobby. As said above, it's a thing that you should control as well. better ake it a hobby, not an obsession. I have read an article saying that it's a good exercise. It can event give you sharper memory (?).

sex can be a hobby just practice safe sex and don't go crazy like 5 times a day maybe once or twice a day is perfect and show your partner that you love them. me and my gf haven't had sex in a while but when we did it was so perfect. i do miss it and how close we got from it but i dont have to have it everyday you know. its just up to the individual person to not make it into something bigger and more complicated.

I don't consider sex to be a hobby although I like it a lot. Is religion a hobby? or is eating or drinking? well... maybe drinking alcohol could be a hobby. What I'm trying to say is sex is a part of life, and I don't consider life to be a hobby. Not everything you like should be labeled with "oh what a nice hobby you have", if you catch my drift. I wonder where the word 'hobby' actually comes from. Does anyone know?

I just think of sex as a normal part of any relationship. Of course, it can happen outside of a relationship in a number of different ways, but still...is napping a hobby? Or arguing? To me, a hobby is something that you have planned out and make a schedule for. Sex shouldn't be like that.

I personally think that you shouldn't treat sex as a hobby, sure you can do it in your spare time and often enough but that's just a bonus that you have as part of your relationship. Making sex a hobby is taking out the passion, and the value of having sex. The thrill suddenly goes away and it becomes someting that you just do because well... it's your hobby, nothing exciting, nothing you foward to, just there, just something/someone you do.

at firsts i was gonna say yes, but then i read the last post and...yeah. Sex is too filled and attached with emotions imho. It's not purely enjoyment. It's not like you could do it to take your mind off something, especially if the something has to do with the person you usually have sex with.

It's a form of exercise and such, yes, like playing soccer. But there's still those few differences.

Unless yes, it's something you could do with anyone you wish ;P

It could still be considered a hobby...for example I play squash regularly, and although, like sex, i could play squash with anyone given the right inclination and equipment, I've found that the best games come from playing regular partners who you know quite well...same goes for sex.

plus, sex can get quite competitive...
