ASP and PHP....which one is better?
ASP will be able to integrate with MS Access database....
PHP is best suited with mySQL.....
Which one is better to create website? Must also easy to master the coding... hehe...

They're both about the same, but ASP is owned by microsoft.
I would not try and use access as a database backend for a website.
The usual solutions are MySQL + PHP or MS SQL + ASP.
MS will want you to give them money for MS SQL Server though.

Microsoft will always want money, I usually associate the $ sign with microsoft
.
PHP is better in my opinon. Why? It's completley free, and it works better with MySQL. Access is not used that much, to my knowledge.

Access to my knowledge is boggy and bulky and slow compared to mysql.
100% PHP !!!!
I think it´s MUCH much better. It is free, its documentation is excellent, It´s wider supported, etc.
Can ASP integrate with GD image library?
Is ASP supported in Frihost?
