IB Diploma and TOK?

Umm
I am a junior taking the IB Diploma program, and I was wondering if there are more IB Diploma takers out there?
I also wanted to ask you guys what you think of the TOK Class. (Theory of Knowledge)

Well I think that this class is a waste of time, and I'm sure there are more people who think the same.
Seriously, the whole class, all we do is discuss topics like "what is knowledge?" "What is truth, and how can something be true?"

I really dislike this class, as I see no point in discussing all these random topics..

What are your opinions on classes like TOK (Similar to philosophy classes)?

Hm, I'm not an IBer though I know some people who are. In my opinion the whole IB program is pretty overblown with work and the like.
I think it's one of those classes you think is good but only in retrospect.

Lol, I wouldve never thought Id bump into another IBer on the net without searching, and bam, here ya are. Well, I believe ToK is an excellent subject... for the sheeple. I mean I know all about that we're being taught about, the various perspectives and the importance of questioning everything, so it is kinda boring. Yet, I know that LOADS and LOADS of people could use that course to become much more openminded to all sorts of stuff, instead of shutting themselves in their own small little world, where they just dont know how to use their knowledge, and they, atleast in my eyes, become sheeple, just 'living', following society and not giving a damn if its right or wrong, they just do what all the others do.
Anyways, we've got our first physics Lab stuff today evening, cant wait. Although, itll be a big load of work.
