my website won't display... problem with index.php

my website won't display... please help...

this is the error: The requested URL /installation/index.php was not found on this server.

this problem started after i uploaded a folder with an smf installation files... i uploaded it at the wrong place but it's ok now.. i somehow deleted/moved other files...

i really appreciate all your help.. Smile

It doesn't exist. Maybe you should re-upload everything.

my index.php?

i doesn't have a backup of my recent changes... is there no other option?

how about my database? can i restore it after i reinstall everything?

the file /installation/index.php Does not exist. So you probably don't have that file or your config file. Some programs try to detect a config file and if that doesn't exist they forward to the installation process. You need to find one of those or you'll have to reinstall the software.

If you want to reinstall the software you can backup the database first and get it back in after you installed the software.

can you please delete all my folders except those needed?
because i'm confused where to put the installation files... i want to reinstall joomla..
