Fly Tying

Does any one here ever do any fly tying?
Every winter I like to design 2 flys and tie at least of dozen of each to try the next year.
I'm looking around for ideas for this next winters designs to try.
I mainly like big flies for bass and pike.

Here's my fly tying box.

Here's a couple of flies (next to a quarter) ready for some big bass.

Hmmm, that looks like fun. The last time I fished I used a generic fly (maybe a little spinner), and a borrowed tackle. We were catching big mouth bass on a farm dam in the Free State.

Have you tried looking at a book of insects for inspiration?
