One thing I am not too sure about is what do they mean by most viral? What exactly is the definition of viral in this context as I am a little unsure.

Thanks for letting us know! That's a great competition. I don't know if I'll have a chance to work on something worthy in the remaining time, but it's certainly given me something to chew on.

@ Captain Fertile: Most Viral is most attention grabbing. Something that could be an internet meme perhaps? For example: Snakes on a Plane was memed to death before its release.
