intresting facts there.. but ive learned that copying text from a site and not quoting it is very unhealthy and can lead to health troubles, and if not taken care of, can turn into indigestion and or soar throat.

At least, that's what my doctor once told me.

Nice post, but you really should put it in quotes because I doubt you typed this all up yourself. Yes, I'm assuming you took it from somewhere else just cause...it seems too..."scientifically put." I don't think any regular person would put it that way. (No offense or anything, but it just seems iffy)

But regarding the contents of the post, nice. A lot of these I didn't know about. Some are so surprising. Such as Papaya and Kiwi.

Some of the suggestions are not so good. Eating plenty of fish?! is a very dangerous suggestion. Especially when further down you suggestion salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines all which possess large amounts of mercury. Consider the fact that there are websites about people with amalgam fillings and associated problems from them. You should limit fish that have high mercury to maybe once a week but there are plenty of other fish that are great choices.

The rest of them are ok but a varied diet is also a healthy choice all around.

Should limit tea that are high in caffeine. green tea does have caffeine.

Honey should be limited as well as it's a simple sugar and it will decay teeth faster than table sugar.

In life itself everything is not so perfect. Its all depends on you how well you handle it. You are right.
Everything should be in limit. It doesn't mean that something you like or something is good for you, you eat all the time.

Anyway, my cousin is a food technician and he gave me those list of good food for healthy life.
