How do get white list ? My ip got black listed due to open proxy
badai
first fix your machine (close the port from outside, or better disable proxy if you don't need it)

then see the site that blacklist you on how to get your IP remove from its database.

Most people with direct connection to the internet (dial-up, direct broadband connection-> without a router/gateway/proxy) and non-secure OS like Windows often get labeled as open proxies. This is due to the fact that without any reliable third-party (except Windows XP SP2) firewalls, there would be open ports on your machine that can be used by an attacker to break into your machine, turn it into a zombie, and exploit it. This "trick" is commonly used by spammers AFAIK. If you are not careful, your machine might become a spam-relaying zombie PC.

Hmm... I'am sorry to asked what is the Open Proxy ?

Did you banned the access to some member site or not.
As the word `Open Proxy` have much more meaning that made it completely difference.

Would you mind explain it a bit ?

Thanks,
badai
proxy is a service that allows clients to make indirect network connections to other network services.

open here means having no means of closing or barring.

so open proxy is that service that anybody can access.
