From the site and the images i've seen so far, looks like many other MMORPG's out there that are aiming to become a big success but probably won't make it to the final stage due to lack of funds...But since its free of monthly payment, it worths a try...you never know what you may found.
BTW, If you want to "discover" a lot of games like this one, I think the best source is mmorpg.com. Huge database with this type of games and also with a small review, if i'm not mistaken,
