Hey me and my girlfriend are at the stage of thinking about names for a baby. So what are all your favorite boys and girls names. I have compiled my shortlist below.

Im polish and estonian so my names are a bit normal and weird. The 2 most accepted ones are
Karl (boy) estonians spell is with a K not a C
and Elizabeth (girl) a common polish girls name
Nothing wrong with them names. They are good. Elizabeth is actually and old english name though. Hense why we have had queens names Elizabeth.
But theres nothing wrong with those names.
I love old, Norse, names. And since I am Norwegian, that might not be all too strange. Anyway, here come some of my favourites, both classical Norwegian and not:
Girl:
Ylva (meaning she-wolf)
Alva (meaning elf)
Ravna (meaning raven)
Alba (Spanish, meaning light or something)
Morgan (of Irish orgin)
Eir (can't really remember what it means..)
Anima (from Latin, the female form of Animus)
Boy
Ravn (raven)
Alv (elf)
Ulf (wolf)
Einar (meaning lonely warroir)
Coinin (little wolf, Irish I think)
Drake (dragon, Old English)
Blake (from old English, meaning black and pale)
Jack (have always loved this name, can't really tell you why...)

All good two of them names are in my list too. I love them names. Samantha and Damien. Me and my girlfriend have recentley found out that were going to have a girl and samantha is the name we have decided on.Boy:

congrats... samantha is a nice name and 'sam' is unisex.. i like that name as wellmy faourite gils names are:

halima
zhour (my mother's name, means flowers)
and as boys names I had already decided what I would choose for my children:

All those names are Arabic and very ancient apart from linda.
i love unconventional names. like a girl with a guy's name but NOT vice versa lol. a guy with a girl's name just names me laugh.

I think I would name my girl Valentine. Vincent for my first born boy, Valentine if shes a girl and not a boy.
