what kind of connection are you using? Did this problem occur just recently or have you been getting the same speed for a long time?

Yea that takes a while to load even on 2mb, whats that php your using?, im using php-nuke and thats fast.
phpwind is one of the fast bbs system.
i found problem. it's because your banner0.htm.
especially, images from ads99.net
so disable banner! it will be faster than before.
and if possible, disable Deploy.js too

As sean said, your advertisement banners are slowing everything down. Put them in a iframe or just remove them and everything will be extremely fast. It has nothing to do with our server.
