Need very small logo...Paying a lot

I need a small logo for my clan in the MMO I play. How small.......16x16 Laughing

Very hard task I would think. I sort of want to use the flame in this picture: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/Koji77/blue_fire_logo.gif

Also was going for a transparency but not much you can do w/ 16x16. Also it has to be in .bmp format in order to work on the game. Also add the text "E". Thanks in advance. Paying a lot!

I think it would look good to put the E in the background with a different font, maybe like the one used in the user sig images like in my signature? Then put the flame above it with like a 76% opacity. Not sure how well opacity transitions in BMP's though.
