How to have re-employment affect you retire!

Singapore's goverment has been selling very hard to get her people to be re-employed when they reach their retirement age.

Yet, there are journalists that support the voice of the government and also echo their sentiments and their experience with employment agency.

    Highly sought after
Early 20s - Cheap and good
In the 30s - Management positions and wealth of experience

    Highly avoided
In the 40s - can be replaced by those in the 20s and 30s
In the 50s - should have retired

Highly RE-EMPLOYABLE (Of course this is the government dream - may be just dream)
In the 60s - dream fo been highly re-employed

So the secret from the government and from the agencies is?
"Dream of been able to extend beyond your retirement age."

As I read the many articles in the Straits Times in Singapore, it can be very confusing.

If one finds it hard to get a job in the 40s and 50s, how many will need to consider re-employment in the 60s?

I know a lot of workaholics (those that love to work), that are still working will past retirement age, not because they need to either, but because they just like working. When you work almost your whole life it, some people forget how to live without working, so they just continue working.
