Repairing a corrupted audio file

Hi, I've got a corrupted audio file I really want to repair.
It's corrupted in quite a special way, it's mixed with another audio file: every three seconds of good audio, there's three seconds of audio that are wrong. So it constantly switches between good and wrong.
I would cut out the bad parts manually, only the file is 4 hours long, so that would mean manually selecting and deleting it 1200 times.
Does anyone know about software that can do this automatically?
I don't know how it got corrupted this way, I received it like that.

It sounds wierd. Are you sure that the media software can play that kind of file correctly? have you tried another. I would not think that there is any excisting software that can do that but I can be wrong.

It is weird. It sounds like that in Windows Media Player and mplayer. It throws errors in mplayer:

Lmao man that's a nice corruption.

Where did you get it from? What is it? (If you don't mind me asking). Did it come with a .sfv file?

It's a radio broadcast downloaded from the website of that radio channel, it was provided as a stream so you could listen to it again.
It sounded corrupted when playing it from the website, and every time I downloaded it. It was also corrupted in the Quicktime and RealPlayer formats you could also listen to.
Now it has been removed from the website so I only have the .wma file left.
