Apache on server 2 unstable?

I've been working on my website the last few hours and apache seems to be very unstable. It looks like apache goes down once every 15 minutes or so and comes back up again about a minute after that.
This is confirmed by the server status check
Does anybody know whats going on exactly?

Seems the problem has been sorted out now.
