does anyone have any good tutorials or links or straight up FORM code?. My teacher wants me to make him a site that students can post and/or send email of their stories (i.e. formatted text) to the teacher so he can pull them up in class and they'll be nicley formatted the way they were saved.

if you need to use formatted text, it makes it a little hard, because you should enable HTML. The work around for that, is tough, and I recommend you to search in google for some kind of web that does that. Why not use emails? most email services provide text formatting.. Just keep in mind that doing it yourself is very very tough.. Wink

Why don't you use a wiki farm? The students can upload their articles/stories to it & teacher can just pull them up ready-formatted.

Or they could just send them by email. It would be easier. Or, if you've got a Frih account, install MediaWiki.

I would sugest emails as it HTMP is very hard. php is more possible but is a harder language. Emails would be my suggestion too.

I can either make you a PHP script that sends them to an email address or make a PHP script that stores them in a database and displays them on a site. I can also provide the database if you like. Very Happy
