This site is pretty good for summing up the budget airlines around the world... you pretty much click your departure city, and destination city and it will list the airlines that will connect you.

India is one of the best sites for travel as it is better for cultural, heritage, sightseeing and adventure travels.
the best place to travel to?
why, the gambia of course, west africa. a tiny sliver of a country wedged into senegal. only 1.5 milllion inhabitants of all different local tribes with some westerners thrown in just for coloration. a rich mix of cultures and traditions, nationalities and religions... oooh, and languages. official language is english so it's easy to get around. as for scenery?? a long white empty sandy beach, sub-saharan forests and savannahs, plenty of wildlife and if you like birds, we're the bird paradise of west africa with over 500 recorded species.
living even as a tourist is cheap, weather is sub-tropical with 9 months sunshine and 3 monts rainy season. local food is great and cheap but you also can eat totally international.
