Forum Permission and some other doubts..

I have successfully completed installing a forum into the direct domain system provided by frihost. Now i want to incorporate some major changes into the forum, including the change of template and so on...

So i have listed some questionds below, which are my doubts..Tell me whether these can be done and if yes please tell me how to do so....

1)I was successful in restricting the access to certain forums only to users who have registered into the forum. But now what i want to do is,i want to restrict the access to some other forums to users who have posted more than a specific number of posts, say 20.I have seen this happen in some forums. So i think it is possible..So anyone who knows how to do this please tell me how this can be done in my forum....

2)With the successful installation of the phpbb2 forum i am able to access and login and do all other related matters..Now i want to change the template of the forum...At present the template is the normal Sub Silver template.I want to install some more templates, say 5.So inorder to install the templates what should i do...?Should i upload all the files related to the template to a folder ie, to the "template" folder.....?

Hope i will get a reply soon from the experts at Frihost and hope for the best to happen...

3)I want to disable right click on every pages(posts) of my forum and on every images in the forum...I am having the script to disable the right click..Where should i insert this script...?? Someone told to insert it in the HEAD section of the page..But "which" page..I see that there are two index pages namely "index.php" and "index.htm"...Out of these where should i insert the script....?
Or is it somewhere else i should insert the script...? Please tell me...
