problem in messenger live

hi all

when i setup a new copy of windows the live messenger i working excellent

but the problem is

all the smiles in it don't appear again ( i mean the custom smiles added by me from mu friends)

i ask about a way to keep them 4 ever

is there any way Rolling Eyes

if you mean that you just intalled windows again, did you make sure that you woere only going to overtigh the windows folder or you chose to delete the current partition of your HDD? because in the second case you lost all of your config data...

There is no possible way to restore them if you chose that second option, you will have to copy them again.. Wink

Maybe you have deleted some files about custom smiles.
Have you tried to reinstall the live messenger?

You should always back up your smileys, scripts, etc if you want to keep them. Try to explore your WLM folder and you will find the folder of the smileys, winks, etc Wink
