that is the name of the BSOD error that i recieve whenever i try and explore within an sd card of my builtin card reader of my dell e1505 laptop. i don't know what causes this at all as all other instances of this that i have seen from some searching occur right after booting. for me, this is not the case. it always happens when i try and go in and look at the contents, similar to going in the c drive.

whats weird is that i get an error only when im in windows. if i go into linux (i have a dual boot), and try and go into the card i get no error and works as should.

is this issue caused by a bad driver or is it something else that i need to fix?

I suspect it is a driver issue. Have you tried deleting the hardware component and allowing Windows to redetect and reinstall the hardware?
