I was wondering if anybody knew why this is happening.... I've always had dark brown hair everywhere... on my head, on my face, and somewhere lower... but recently my facial hair has started to turn red... i've always kept it shaved but then i decided to let it grow and within a week i had a full beard with red hair... but only half of it is red... there's a mixture of red and brown.... it's so weird... does anyone know why?
Different facial hair?
It's unusual, but it's not something to worry about. A scientist I know has the same thing- every so often, his beard will start growing out red in some areas, for no apparent reason at all. Unfortunately, I don't know why.
Thanks. I'm glad to know it's nothing unheard of. I wasn't worried about it, I just didn't understand it. But at least it's not unheard of. I'm going to try to research into it, though.
