Hi there,

Basically, what I want on my website is for there to be a section whereby only registered users are able to submit information etc. and do certain things and get benefits etc. - but not a forum, just on my website - how do I go about doing this?

Thanks.

Using DirectAdmin (supplied to frih hosters) you can set a user login on certain pages. You should see it when you go on it.

Hope it helps. I'm surprised no-one else has said it.

Use a CMS. It has integrated database for user log-in. You can give them some privileges. Most CMS's have integrated forums. Some have even blogs. On my site every registered user automatically receives a blog.
