As long as you own the copyright to the song or it is your own production and can prove it to the Admin I don't think you will have any problem, otherwise using the service to host illegall music is forbidden

1. Warez is FORBIDDEN on FriHost.
2. MP3's must be yours.
3. vBulletin and IPB isn't allowed unless you PM Bondings your receipt of the IPB or vBulletin license.

I'd like to add a few more details to this (other than that good post).
to be able to host media files with Frihost you need to:
1 - Ask for permission to host those files in our forums.
2 - Have the copyright for the files you want to host.
3 - Have a legal.txt file with all the legal notices and the copyright permission on the folder you will use to host those files.
