Installing GreenStone Digital library on Linux, Help Please

bukaida
Did anyone installed GSDL(GreenStone Digital library) under linux environment? I am a linux newbie and using FC7. Even if the software is installed, I cannot install the librarian interface(GLI), so it becomes impossible to add new collection. The documentation said that only GCC and Java is required. But both of them are installed with FC7(Unlike the Redhat 9 version, on which I was trying earlier).Apache and other things are configured and started.I have checked them from console by typing java -version and javac and http://localhost at the browser.Urgent help needed from any experience user. Please help.
