Help with vBulletin

i have just installed vBBux and vBPlaza on my vBulletin forums and i would like to know what this means

I've never installed those mods. But try going to the usergroup permissions and there might be an option about those plugins. If not, then edit those plugins and it will probably have an option to enable certain usergroup ids for the plugin.

I'm just assuming based on what I've seen what other plugins.
