I need Visual C++ 2005 but I CANNOT install SP2...please do not inquire why I cannot I just need to know where to find this version of Visual C++ 2005...
Where can I find a copy of Visual C++ 2005 that is4 XP SP1?
As I know there is not possibe to install the visual C++ express 2005 on a Windows XP computer without SP2. But you can free up some space to install Windows 2000 with SP4. Then, run your copy of Visual C++ 2005 with it.
It is due to Windows XP SP2 has more secure base code that older service packs.
