Stopping "subscription"

Hi, I'm just new at frihost and have no intention to stop right away. But.... what do you have to do if you wan't to give up your account?
I couldn't find anything on this subject in the FAQ's. Where can i find this information?

Do you mean stop your hosting account or your forum/Frihost account? Both need to be asked in the request an account change forum (but eventually will be done by a form). However, we would like a good reason for a forum account removal since it causes a lot of problems, is mostly irreversible and is usually not needed.
