Is there any software which can extract frames from a DVD movie (*.VOB), like the VCD Cutter for extracting frames from a VCD or any other movie file. Just enquiring because I want to save some favourite scene from some movies.

While viewing it, press print screen on your keyboard, then paste it into you favorite graphics editing software.
MovieJack worked just fine 4 me, you should try it.

Any decent player software will let you do that. I use VLC.

Thanks for replying but I don't think I made myself clear. I didn't mean I wanted to save screenshots but I wanted to get video clips from the DVD file (*.VOB). Names of softwares to help me would be mighty appreciated.
