wordpress problem :( need help.. :(

i can`t log in to wordpress. i can`t post an entry. i don`t know what to do with it. i need help... please? Crying or Very sad

Hmm, I Know a way to get back to the WordPress Dashboard, Simple: This way has 2 methods, Easy one and Hard one, The Easy one is quick and nice, the hard one is a bit tricky,

Method 1:
Open Your site and hit 'Login',
Click the 'Forgot Password?' Link,
Enter Username and email,
Login With the Password you received from the email that you received
oh, and don't forget to change password after the reset

Method 2:
* A bit tricky because you need to reverse your password's MD5/SHA hash *
open your Control Panel,
Find and Click on 'phpMyAdmin' find the database that has your blog/site,
the table to look for is 'wp_users' if there is one in the table,
just copy the hash and look it up using http://md5.rednoize.com/, put the password in to the 'Password' Box on the Login Screen.

If Nothing Works, Looks Like it's time to drop the database tables,and reinstall WordPress
