he's a jazz pianist from america i think.
That's real nice. There's some real good jazz being made right now. Zu, from Italy, is one of my favorites. Wally Shoup, too, for the more improv side of things. There's a big jazz influence on some "modern classical" like Thollem McDonas, or Zs, as well. The combination is pretty fantastic if you ask me. Music is exploding like a many-petaled flower!
This is the problem with jazz musicians, they are so amazingly good and play at such a high standard yet they get no recognition! I have not heard of this trumpet player but I will sure to check him out, especially if he's played with Manu Katché.
