Links in a text field with mysql_real_escape();

virre
Hi,

now that I am hosted I have started doing the last fixes to my homepagescript. But now raise one problem, as I use
mysql_real_escape() to get the main part of text to include I have trouble with links.

If I put in <a href="http://www.google.se"> Google</a>

Then the links will lead too:

http://cykelvarjedag.frih.net/"http://www.google.se/"

Is there some fix for this problem?

It seems the trouble is that '=' coulde be used for *evil* things.

Work arounds or ideas around this? Maybe I could have an other homemade tag, such as the BBCode ones and then parse it before I show the article text?

just try to remove the double quote on it under the <a href tag
