can i put forums in my frihost web pages?

Yes, indeed.

You can install any free forum script on your website (phpBB, SMF, MyBB, punBB etc).
There are step-by-step instructions for installing phpBB, available in the Tutorials section.

Please note, however, that the content posted on your forums is your responsibility so you must ensure that it doesn't violate the FRIHost TOS in any way.

I would personally suggest phpBB it is free (obviously) and has many useful features (especially phpBB3). PhpBB has a very easy forum installer, that is also quite straight forward. It has a large fan base so it is easy to find support for, and is easy to mod.

Might I add that the Frihost forum uses phpBB.
