Im looking for the following people who can help me out with my team site im designing

I need someone who can Advance HTML Coding

I need someone who can turn any image into a FLASH object. ( Need for the media player and the Flash News on the top right )

I also need someone who is advanced in java scripting ( I was told I was going to need this ) I dont know why. Maby because of the roster images I want that to change when your put your mouse over each character...

If someone can get back to me with details on who to contact about this I would appreciate this alot

Im mind boggled by what you said. For one reason it doesn't make any sense. "People aren't gonna just contact me you helping you" Please proof read next time. I don't understand what you are saying. My post does suggest That I know what I want because if it didn't I would get a million questions. Correct me if im wrong. your last statement also makes no sense because I did post my queries and obviously people here wont or haven't yet seen this post to help me when they have people like you flaming my threads. Please if you cannot help me don't bother posting in my threads please. Im looking for serious work here not your thought out lame excuse of what you want to believe.

1. for f'in sake.. i did not write 'contact me you helping you'.. i said 'contact you for helping you'.. which makes perfect sense.

is not a query that would get you any help. You need to be clear what you mean by 'turn any image into a FLASH object'. you need to give info about the platform you are working on [in case it's php.. try http://ming.sourceforge.net/ ]. If it's non-dynamic conversion, just do it using flash.

3. ur english sucks.

4. since i 'flamed' your thread.. i sorta bumped it, thereby increasing the probability that someone will answer this thread.

5. your thread just means that you changed some magnetic states at some server somewhere.. this doesn't become your property. I can come here and say that your query doesn't make sense and well.. even if it is just for fun.

6. the design on your site is seriously fabulous. There's no way you made even a small fraction of it. [other than the text there.. judging by the horrible English].

7. and finally...

about the design, it's looking too professional

you just took a ready one from somewhere and put some text on it. everyone can do that.
you need a huge team of professional programmers and designers for a site like this, about 6 or 7 minimum, and you have no chance succeding in this project, you're just sounding like someone just met the computer yesterday.

just try smaller stuff before you're going on this huge project.

he could just be using a CMS with a flashy theme.. this post was a lame attempt at getting the min. no. of posts required for a hosting account.. even then... i like ur flaming style Very Happy

I know him from the past and 1, he doesn't need hosting he has about 10 websites and he also designed that in photoshop, he makes alot of money doing templates and puts it towards his sites.

Well to be honest I'm pretty sure he isn't the greatest in HTML or web designer so he's probably going to need step by step instruction with this. Which means probably Instant messaging on Aim, msn..etc. But he is really good in photoshop so he could probably hook one of you guys up with a template if you help him.(not speaking for him)

@ no-one in particular.

The OP has an idea that might, or might not, develop into something worthwhile. It has a long way to go, the OP knows this, and knows he will need a lot of help to get it where he wants. More specialist areas will, no doubt, be needed as the site develops.

He may be lucky to find people who want to contribute as part of a hobby, or may need to pay for some - or all - contributions. That'll become more apparent in time but, initially, the OP has asked for help and, IMHO, good luck to him. In fact, the OP doesn't ask for free help - he asks for contacts. The first thing to do, though, is ask - which is precisely what the OP has done.

His English might not be to the highest standard but, really, is that such a huge problem? It's very likely that it's not his first language. My German, French, Urdu, Swedish, Bahasa Indonesia (and everything else other than English) are more than a little rusty - should we expect everyones English to be perfect?

@ the OP:

There are a few freelancer web sites. I was a member of getafreelancer.com until a few months ago. Many of the contributors are based in India and work for rates that are very low compared to western rates. Worth a try if you're short of willing volunteers!

Ive known Jerome for a while now and Ive done work on some of his sites and the sites of clients which he made the design for. He is a great designer and you all wish ye could design like him.

"it's looking too professional", how is it looking to professional? It's just a really good design that he did himself, it does'nt always take a team of people to create a design like that. I have seen loads of his designs all done by him and he has even made me a design before for free, pretty generous.

I know ye can all have yere own opinions so I can have mine and I think that "rohan2kool" is a retard. Since the beginning of my time here at Frihost I've never came across a user like him, purpusly flaming this thread. Why? Jerome was just looking for help not for someone to come and try and make him look bad and fake.

A few of the posts after "rohan2kool"'s first post are ones from people which read his post and then it changed there mind about Jerome. I have a feeling some of you would'nt have thought the design was fake if it was'nt for him and probably would have said something more positive in there posts, thats only my opinion again.
