hi! to all frihost members , i need your advice .
i got a free domain mcsatay [dot] com from a forum . hope to use it for my blog .
i would like to start a foods blog or maybe personal blog about my life .

today , i got a pm from frihost, my free hosting application was approved . i'm so happy !
i got a template about foods & beverages from a blogger . i guess i don't miss anything alse .

" i'm not a IT people " , i don't know how to integrated all these together .
i've look around user panel in directadmin , but seem i don't really know what is it ? dns , ftp , ???
how can is replace my mcsatay [dot] frih [dot] net with my own domain ? how about template ?

If you can access some control panel for the domain name you can set the frihost nameservers.
search for nameserver or ns.
fill in these nameserver:
ns1.frih.net
ns2.frih.net

depends on the kind of template. I hope it's a wordpress template cause that would be the easiest. Give some more info about that for more help.

hi! where can i add these word in it ? under ftp menu ? dns menu ? file mgr ? mysql , advanced tool ?
i gone thru some thread about this , but still no clear .

i got a free download of template from a website , tittle like my recipe .this's a zip file . how would i install or mapping it from my hosting ? which user panel to use ?

Goto your mcsatay [dot] com control panel.
Goto DNS options
and enter:
ns1.frih.net
ns2.frih.net

As for your template, What is it a template for?
u need an actual web blog program installed before you can add your template to it.

i am login in my control panel now and will follow your instruction . hope i manage to fix it myself .

What exactly did you receive when you say you got a free domain ?
Did you get a login/password to your domain registrar control panel ?

It is possible that, with a free domain, you didn't receive access to the domain/registrar control panel.
In which case, you should ask your provider to make the changes for you.

Your FRIHost DirectAdmin control panel is different from the domain control panel.
Your domain control panel is the place where you must make the above changes.
