i hooked my xbox up to my pc through the TV TUNER's composite connections... now i dont know what to do.. i looked on google but i dont know how i can play this on my PC monitor. wut program do i need? i had this one program i think a while back but the reaction time from when i pressed the button on the controller to the time it moved the screen was very laggy..
any sugestions. i willl keep looking as well

There should have been something that came with your system/video card that allowed you to play through the TV tuner. Like media player... or something like that.
I'll be honest though... I have never tried a console through a TV tuner. Instead I bought monitor that had composite video built in with a source selector, and then connected Audio cables to my sound system. SO when I want console, I select composite as my source and there it is.
Sorry if I'm not much help. But I do believe that there should be some kind of program that should have come with video card/system.
